We had trouble finding a vaccine for our son earlier this year, and I called just about every pharmacy in town. Luckily, Phamily Pharmacy helped us out. Thank you so much! We will definitely return for future vaccines.

Tony and his wife are incredibly kind. They consistently deliver my father’s medication on time and go the extra mile by organizing his bills in a designated slot daily. Their service exceeds our expectations, and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Phamily Pharmacy is without a doubt the most pleasurable, professional service I have had in a very long time. Having become a willing participant to chain pharmacies, it's like going back in time in a sense. I'm dating myself, but Tony runs the kind of neighbourhood pharmacy I grew up with. He met me once and remembers me every time. He follows up personally without fail. The "Phamily" is there most times and delightful.

Phamily Pharmacy has always treated us like family. Giving us fast, super friendly service. We prefer to use them over the big Pharmacy's because they are always so efficient and kind when handling our care. Recently we had to have a prescription mixed and not many in the area can do this and when I told Tony I was in a pinch because we were leaving for vacation he didn't hesitate to get it done, even tho it was outside of his regular duties. We really appreciate this Pharmacy and highly recommend it.

Super belated review; went to Phamily Pharmacy early Feb '23 following my husband's search for specific inoculation requests. They were so helpful, accommodating, and man oh man does Tony have a good hand with a needle (I'm terrified of them!).A real treasure in the community. Don't pass them up.

By far the BEST, reliable service in Waterloo. I've been filling my prescriptions with Tony for a few years now, the experience has been amazing! Tony is on point with keeping up with prescription refills in a timely manner. He always gives me a call to remind me if I'm running low on refills, and his timeliness with prescription deliveries is impeccable. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a new pharmacy :)
