Very fast shipping time! Had to pick something up for my mom and tried four different places with wait times of 8-14 business days and managed to get it here in one day!! Very nice staff as well. Thanks!

Bad Experience with Canada Post Representative!I was asking for a standard size and a letter size envelops to ship my passport. The staff only said that there is no middle size envelop and selling me a large one, which is $5 more expensive than the letter size I need. No one explain to me that the middle size is standard size, exactly. When I found the price differences, I asked him if I can get the refund because they don't have the right size envelop that I need. He said that "It's not my business. I'm not working for Canada Post, I worked for Pharmasave. I already told you that there is no middle size envelop. You already purchased and I cannot do refund." with a carelessly attitude.It is not my fault that you don't have letter size envelops, why should I pay $5 more for it without any patiently explanation?

I am very disappointed as I ordered and paid for an item that was advertised on the website and it was to be delivered. An hour after ordering I received a phone call to say that they do not carry this item at this price and they don't know how this was ordered. What happened to the the price you see is the price you pay?

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and they have worked with me through both acute and chronic health issues. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to make sure I understand new prescriptions and to help me choose appropriate over-the-counter options. I have also appreciated their delivery service through the pandemic and during flare-ups when I wasn't able to go to the store in person. Satish in particular is awesome and I know I am in good hands when he is involved.

They don't participate in flyers, so their prices, supplements are 40% higher than other Pharmasaves. Will not be going back, even though it is very close to the stores that I bank, shop, for treats and groceries. It would have been convenient if they participated in flyer specials. I was using a current flyer to get 40% off of supplements, and the shelf prices did not indicate the sale prices. When I inquired at the front desk, the lady behind the desk stated that they haven't had flyers since December. the date of my visit was February 22, about 10:45 am. was also going to spend over $40 so I could use the coupon

I began going to this pharmacy a year and a half go and have always been given the best customer service. The team here always makes me feel important and I matter. They take the time to listen and truly care. I am dealing with an issue with my mom and they took the time to provide me with all sorts of information to help and told me to call or email anytime with questions. They always show their best side of kindness and care. Shoppers Drug Mart could learn a lot from this team

My family and I have been going here for years, every since I was young for all our prescriptions. I would highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled here as the staff and pharmacists are friendly, understanding and clearly answer your questions and concerns. They get to know you by name and make you feel welcome. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the over the counter products are expensive. Otherwise they really do care for their clients, its worth checking out!
