My iPhone dropped out of my hoodie pouch last night, fell flat, screen side down, on my concrete porch and the screen was shattered! Took it to Phones & Beyond and within a half hour the screen was replaced, I was provided a loaner phone while it was being repaired and they threw in a free phone case and screen cover! Highly recommend giving this place your business.

Super friendly, fast service, and amazing prices. The staff team here was very generous and even stayed past their closing time to finish fixing my phone and iPad. After they were finished they gave me a discount and a free phone screen protector. The staff were so thoughtful and kind I couldn't thank them enough for all they had done for me as a first time customer. I will definitely be coming to this place for all my needs and I very highly recommend everyone else does as well!

Had my Xbox repaired here. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. While the repair took a little longer then expected (only by a couple days), the staff went above and beyond to satisfy.

Friendly and fast service. Had passport pics done here and they were as advertised, fast and professional. There is also a lot of phone and computer accessories. Wasn’t aware they were so close to me. I will be back for sure.

Excellent service! I came to this store to get my iPhone 12 screen fixed for less than 50% of what it would’ve cost me at apple stores. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend them! They’re 10/10 if you’re looking for a repair or a used device, laptops, phones and all accessories related!

The service here was top notch. I had to replace a damaged backplate for a Samsung phone and it was done very quickly at a reasonable price. The rep was very straightforward and knowledgeable and didn't try to snow us into buying a bunch of extra stuff.

Hey I don't leave many reviews but the service I received deserves one.Before I came to phones & beyond I was very stressed out about replacing my old phone as phones tend to be pretty expensive these days but at Phones & Beyond I was able to buy a used Iphone XR for 319$ which is nuts! The service tech was really helpful and even threw in a free screen protector and phone case for both me and my girlfriend (who wasn't buying anything) which had me floored.Thanks Phones & Beyond I'll be back and next time I'll get the service tech's name!

Awesome service for my Samsung S20 cracked screen. I dropped it off at 4.30 and it was ready at 6.45. The owner also replaced my battery, screen protector and my case because he did not like mine. I got a new Otter Box case tossed in."Start the car"! I felt like I made out like a bandit because his price was lower than the competition.Thanks Again!

Store went above and beyond to repair a broken iphone screen that was brought in. Price was incredibly reasonable, and everyone worked together to provide the best result possible. We were able to drop off the phone and come back in two hours after doing a bit of shopping at the boardwalk. If you are shocked by the high prices quoted at other repair places in Kitchener/Waterloo, I would recommend you stop in to this wonderful little shop.
