This google reveiw is not done ....I'm nervous and excited....went to this jewelry store today .(..I left a message on their phone two days ago and early today Derrick called me) so i went to his store and he was knowledgeable which calmed me down (because my ring has is personally

Derrick was great to work with. He guided me through the whole process of creating a custom designed engagement ring. From picking the diamond to the production everything went smooth and was communicated well.
The final product is stunning! My fiance is very happy with the ring.

Great experience with Derrick from the time I emailed to coming in and having him assess my ring that I needed repaired. He was very upfront in terms of how they would approach fixing my ring as it had broken in an odd place and he wasn’t sure if it could be repaired. After consulting further, they determined it would be repairable, and I received it back after a couple weeks. I can barely tell that it was broken in the first place. The ring looks almost new! I definitely recommend coming here if you need to fix your jewelry. Pleasant experience all around!

Derrick was absolutely amazing to work with. I had both my and my wife's wedding bands made through him and I couldn't be happier.My engagement ring is my grandmother's from the 1930s and Derrick incorporated details from her ring into both of our wedding bands. He was so creative and smart with the way he made all 3 rings cohesive and complementary.They offered great customer service, diligent email responses and were so kind and patient with my requests to make any changes to the final product.I give this business my full recommendation!

Robin and Derrick did an amazing job on the engagement ring and wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. They didn't try to oversell me as some other places did when looking for an engagement ring which speaks to their integrity and honesty. The continued support and cleaning are benefits we are looking forward to take advantage of. They do everything in house and prices are extremely reasonable for custom work. My fiancée has had so many compliments on her engagement ring too.

Had the best possible experience working with Derrick and Robin. Derrick was attentive, helpful and kind throughout. He gave me initial ideas and advice without pushing, was always happy to chat about any readjustments or changes and created an amazing end product.
