The visit time, week day, around 1pm - 3 pm, mission failed!Rogers traditionally is wasting customers' time. You should spend hours on a simple task, if not the entire day. I guess their salaries are not based on customer satisfaction and the number of customers they handle per day; otherwise, they would appreciate customers' time. Besides, they do not offer the best interest to the customers; they usually sell the most expensive luxury service they have. Set aside all these money-making tricks; they typically have a super complicated process to open an account as if they give you a treasure. Once I remembered, they asked me for a passport, driver's licence and credit card for a line. When I complained, he said this is the government rule, which is untrue. Because I finally got a service with just a driver's license. I don't understand why they try to make customers unhappy!They try to waste customers' time, so they stick with their current plan, which is usually more expensive and lower quality. Or, the customer decides not to waste their time shopping around with another brand because they have already destroyed a day, similar to car dealerships.

Daniel was really above all expectations! We came a month before and I wasn't impressed a lot with this branch. Today, Daniel was very welcoming, and he explained everything in detail.. walked us through the process.. honestly, we were just checking and wanted to think about it, but we couldn't resist when he did all that he did. I hope we always walk into the store and find him there ! 10 stars, 5 are not enough !

I have had terrible experiences at the Fairview Mall location so I thought I would try my luck here. Amazing customer service. Moses was super helpful and able to help me with something that the Fairview Mall store employee refused to even look into (buying a phone outright and financing it for 48 months using the Rogers Bank mastercard). Moses also wasn't sure right away but took the time and put in the effort to help us out. Extremely satisfied with my experience.

The worst store i have ever seen i have 8 people standing behind me from past 2 hours and 4 employees working at this point. 2 of them dealing with customers and others are having coffee while we are waiting from 1 hours. You don’t deserve any stars .

It was a heavy headed idiot guy that was attending me trying to swap my sim to e sim. For anything that i ask this guy he was nodding his head and all his answers were maybe and stupid mannered. When a network like rogers setup a franchise, people expect minimum decency in customer service.

Went into this store to to have a question answered and was offered a promotion to get a set of Samsun galaxy buds in exchange for a 2 year sign-up. There was going to be charge amount and refund for same amount essentially costing me nothing but staying their costumer a minimum of another 2 years. I found out 1-1/2 year later there was a charge on my bill but never a refund. I dealt with Alcy at the store for months to get this fixed but was repeatedly told they would call me back which never happened. This does not seem like something an honest business would do

I would give 0 star if I could. This store has two more than 2 staff helping 100 costumers everyday. If you want to waste 2 hours waiting in the line, than go ahead.

Daniel helped my grandma switch providers from Virgin Mobile to Fido in less than 2 hours. She had some special requests and he was able to help us get everything done quickly and efficiently. He was able to keep her phone number the same and get her bill $30+ dollars less than what it was before! Her bill used to be $75 for an unlimited talk and text with NO DATA. We got her bill changed to $45 a month with 30 GB of data with no data overage fees, as well as unlimited talk and text + unlimited texting, photo and video messages to Canada, United States and Mexico as long as she is in Canada, + 1000 minutes of international calling every month for 2 YEARS!. This helped her tremendously. On top of everything, he waived the connection fee from $60 to $30 and made her year! Thank you Daniel for being a wonderful help to my grandma and I.
