I was nervous about going into the store today because I haven’t worked out or run in a long time. The staff were so helpful and I felt very comfortable asking questions.

Bought a pair of $250 asics shoes which started ripping from the front after 10 days of light wear. Took the shoes to the store and was told it was my fault and was banging it against something which is not true and has never happened with any other shoes. I contacted asics and was told the shoes were defective. I don’t recommend this store due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability!

First and foremost, Jonah deserves every bit of recognition he gets. He went above and beyond to help me find the shoes that I was looking for.After two lacklustre phone calls to other Running Room locations resulting in no help at all, I spoke to Jonah and he found the pair I wanted all while working by himself and quite busy.When I arrived at the store Jonah was very friendly and laidback. He ran me through all the pros and cons of the comparable models but assured me that he would help me out if the shoes weren’t working out for me even though they were a sale product.Even though there were many Running Room locations around me that I could have gone to, I think the Waterloo location was the right call from the start!

Very rude staff. The guy working was very condescending and annoyed about the questions I asked about shoes. Been in multiple times and each experience with the guy is the same. I now drive to the Guelph location to pickup my HOKAs.

Amazing customer service. Went for my first real pair of running shoes. Both staff that I interacted with were really informative and helped me a lot for buying the shoes that would fit me the best. Will definitely return there next time I need something running related !

Didn't have what I wanted in stock (zero drop shoes) but staff was very helpful and told me where to look. If I ever need a traditional running shoe I'd come back here.

Everytime we shop here there's always knowledgeable and helpful staff. Range of shoes in stability and neutral, top notch clothing selections as well whatever the season. Great place to go to if you're a new or seasoned runner.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I went here to pick up my running kit, and it was quick and easy to find. I had a question about Hokas, and the one staff redirected me to the shoe expert, who was very knowledgeable. Also, before I left, he pointed out more upcoming races I could sign up for this fall. Thanks!

By far the best service ive had while buying shoes. Extremely knowledgeable staff guided me through the process of getting a shoe that worked for my foot. Ill be shopping here exclusively from now on
