It was my first time at this location and I must say, the service was pretty good. The makeup artist showed me all the options and helped me make a choice. This will definitely be my to go place!! Recommended!!!

Had to give a shoutout to the fantastic customer service I received today! The store was really busy and when I was checking out the associate accidentally threw out one of my gift cards that still had a remaining balance. I called the store and they immediately took my information and said they would check the cameras and garbage cans to search for the card - got a call back shortly after and they found it! Thank you so much Sephora Conestoga :) UPDATE - I went back over to the store today to pick up the card and the manager gave me a bunch of free samples for the inconvenience. Was so sweet of them to go above and beyond!

Everyone helped here most of the time. But why does it really matter or make them uncomfortable them to to shade match sometime. Thats only job they have to do with customers. Why they showing faces most of the time. Some girls really show their bful face with smile ? ?. My heart and stars ⭐️ to them.Sephora is one my favourite store and I truly love makeup. I love this store it looks bigger and different then others. I got my sister gift of sephora lipstick ?. And i love to do online shopping through app too. I love many of their products ????. Shopping here is like boosting me forever. And I always shop here every month. Their loyalty program is bestvthing happen to me?⭐️. Hope always best for everyone and they will work more with customer service?

I think this was the first time I've been in the store at this location and I won't be going back. From the second I took a step into the store, I was hit with an overpowering smell of perfume. There was no getting away from it. I should've just walked out but was on a mission to get a birthday gift for my daughter and didn't have time to go to another location. The deeper you got into the store, the stronger the perfume smell was. There was a bit of a wait at the checkout and I was about to put my stuff down and leave but then it was my turn. The transaction took a while as there was an issue with the register. The smell was becoming unbearable so I asked the salesperson at the register if someone had broken a bottle of perfume, she looked at me like I had 3 heads and just said "no". Finally, I got to leave but by the time I got to my car, I had a full on headache and could STILL smell that perfume.I've NEVER encountered this at another Sephora and am not usually overly sensitive to perfume but I most definitely won't be going back to this store if that's the environment they expect people to shop in.

Always find the customer service here to be hit or miss. The five star rating here is for the very friendly and helpful gentleman name Randy who came up to me, asked if he could help and showed me three different amazing products, as well as went out of his way to ensure they matched the skin care needs of the person who I was shopping for. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me the space and time after so I could decide. The girl at the cash desk as well as the greeter at the door were also extremely nice and helpful, however I didn't manage to catch their names.

The customer service at this location has definitely gone way down. I've spent too much money at this store to be treated in such a flippant manner. Definitely felt the associate couldn't care less ..... and im pretty sure i saw her roll her eyes. Had to leave and buy my cosmetics at MAC. Not sure if I will be back

I loved this place because of 3 employees working there, they are Gassidy,Natasha and Randy so professional and friendly,always smiling and welcoming,making me feel comfortable and happy..and helped me alot in choosing the perfect products!❤️❤️❤️

Be careful when checking out. Bought one product. I asked if I was able to collect on my birthday gift as I wasn’t able to pick it up in its original month, the individual assisting me kindly allowed me to, and after that, everything else went wrong. I had received a gift card that I wanted to use to pay for the product. The individual noted that I could use 500 of my remaining 800 points towards my purchase to reduce it by $10 but explain to me that I can’t receive the points back if I return it. As we conclude, tells me the price, I had left the gift card right on the counter in plain sight to be scanned. Misses it completely and I end up paying fully with my credit card. After apologizing they go on to explain that they can return it and redo the purchase as to which I say “well when I lose that 500 points?” They then say “oh yeah sorry about that” so I leave with a gift card that I didn’t get to use only to exit the store and see that they had not put the birthday gift in my bag, so I turn back around go back to the checkout to receive the gift. I login to my Sephora app to look for a different product to be able to use my gift card and noticed that I have no points left. They have been completely cleared out. Safe to say I’ll never shop at that store again or any in person Sephora store because I don’t trust they won’t steal my points. Online it is. Very disappointed.

Today, my friends and I came in to find our perfect match.The employee that truly helped my friend and I (very similar skin tones) was Teagan. She was bubbly and truly an “older sister/friendly” type of person. Very outgoing and honest. Her opinions helped us find our perfect pair.

Extremely disappointing. Sales associates are extremely rude and mean, not willing to help out. They keep avoiding you and even if you go back to them for assistance, they are rude enough to just ignore you. Worst experience ever. You all need to hire better staff because they are the most unprofessional people ever.

Poor ManagementI visited the store to buy some stuff for my birthday and Eden, who's a great customer rep helped me with it. She clearly misunderstood my conversation with my friend which her supervisor NIKITA told me about. Nikita didn't even let us talk to Eden and clarify things and when we tried clarifying things she shut us down. She basically showed us the door when we were still inquiring about stuff. I ended up buying nothing for my birthday. She's not only being unprofessional but also denying her team opportunity to grow and confront "rude" customers and manage conflict. Hiding behind doors only make them loose confidence. I'd only heard about Sephora customer service being bad and rude but I experienced it first hand today. Never going back to that store again.

Brought my daughter here and it was such an unpleasant atmosphere. Management needs training and are unprofessional. based off other reviews too sephora, you should hire new management. Workers are too busy gossiping with eachother.I told my daughter to shop elsewhere. Why support a company with horrible associates on the sales floor

Fantastic culture of greeting, treating and people skills. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Which is definitely not easy in such a busy business. Always happy going again and again to the location!
