I had a very frustrating experience at a Shell station on 2/06/24 around 1:45 PM. The employee there was completely unprofessional and incompetent. She ignored customers and was completely engrossed in her phone. After I paid for gas, she didn't approve the transaction, when i went to fill up the gas which caused further delays and inconvenience. I literally had to go inside and ask what was happening but again she was unaware of the situation. This level of service is unacceptable.

Does not have tap and you have to go inside to pay.
After 11, they only open a small window for payment.

The employees here are so incompetent and had me playing musical pumps, telling me each one just must be broken. When the lady came out, she took the nozzle from me and claimed it was filling gas in my vehicle when it clearly wasn't. Even the display showed nothing was happening. Waste of time, went in to get my money back as I pre paid cash... I will NEVER go back here again. Not even for a bottle of water. This isn't the first bad experience here but it will definitely be the last.

Female attendant does not speak elementary english. Other customers were upset and left without pumping gas. Unprofessional! Won’t be back.

Drove 15 mins extra to come here because Google said it's pricing is 10 cents less than all the other gas stations. In short, it isn't less. It's the same price. Don't go out of your way.

Didn't catch the attendant's name, but the fellow was working on Sunday, March 24 at 2:00PM deserves a raise. Superb customer service and super friendly. 👍

Manager is very rude/ blunt and can’t do math at all. System is down all the time so it’s a risk to even go to this one. Get new management and a new system. Horrible gas station!

First the machine held on to my card , can’t get it out for 10 min. Even the store staff had no idea.
Then when I finish pumping and take out the pump, a lot of gas spray out all over my face, jacket and pants. I ask to call the manager and the manager told me to complain to Shell directly as they cannot do anything about it!? They cannot refund anything cuz money goes directly to Shell. What!? They are also not willing to help dry wash my jacket either.
This is extremely frustrating. This kind of malfunctioning is also extremely unsafe. Still haven’t got a response from them even after the manager promised they will call me back. Escalated to Shell Canada complaint, doesn’t feel like they take it seriously either.
The hired staff was nice and cooperative. That’s why 2 star.

Everytine I show up there's no one in the kiosk and the door is locked. Heybpeople is tou want free gas here's the place. Because if I ounp gas and have to wait 10 minuites to pay I am leaving. Get it together shell

I do not remember the guys name (i think Anthony) but I had gotten locked out of my car this morning so i went across the street to this location and the guy working allowed me to use how phone to call CAA (altho they couldnt find my information so they couldnt come) but at least the guy working was nice enough to let me do that. So thank you again!
