Really good customer service here. The guy at the counter- “Dhurv” was genuinely nice and made the visit pleasant. Used the car wash as well—easy to use and did a great job. Highly recommend this location for best prices in town.

I was waiting in the line for car wash since 10:30 PM. I was second in line, and right when it was about to be my turn at 11 PM, an employee came and told us they were closed and asked me to back up my car. At least the cars that were already in the line or inside entry point should’ve been served before closing. That’s a basic expectation.

Terrible car wash I had droppings from a tree on my car, it did not remove any of it. I would recommend going somewhere else if your car is dirty. Asked if I could go in again or get my money back but they disagreed.

Worst station ever the guy working at the station just denied me for beer because he was done with his shift that 5 min before 11 PM. I Just drove directly to the station just to get that and was literally standing there for 10 min and he couldn’t tell me that he is not gonna serve me because he was too busy in talking to a coworker, he could have literally told and I would have gone to different store. Worst experience no work ethic and doesn’t even care about customer service.

Had really bad experiences with their car wash on 3 separate occasions. This last time, despite the fact that one side of the vehicle is clean and the other side dirty, they're refusing to rewash it even after the manager is agreeing the equipment is malfunctioning. I emailed and called Shell Canada with pics and proof. They're looking into it. Hopefully they realize how long this has been going on (over a year on different visits) and realize the harm it may be doing to their branding.

Absolutely disgusting. Waiting in line for 16 minutes for a car wash while cars were honking ar us because the attendant wouldn't help. We were not given a refund had to demand the cashier call her masher just to learn how to open the door. We showed her the dated and timed code along with the receipt and she did nothing with no offer to solve the solution. This establishment runs fraudulent services as can be seen by the other reviews. We will be escalating the situation.

Always closed. Sometimes I want to pay for gas inside and the door is always locked every time I come and it’s inconvient.

Waited 40 mins for a premium wash. Got in the washer broke came out to get told to go back in a 40 min long line again because their system didn’t work. L car wash. I still have 20 more car washes left to come here and wash. Worse experience ever!

Used to be a great station for convenience, and while it's nice they got new electronics for their pumps since they were archaic, the new ones are constantly shoving ads down at you. Not only are they quite a loud volume, there is no way to mute it, which makes it even worse.
Will never use this station again, and likely to avoid Shell for any future visits.

Worst Customer support by Dhruvv at front counter.
Just ignore this gas station from your list when human assistance is needed.
I am monthly subscriber of Shell Car Wash and subscribed through Shell app.
On my recent visit today,when I approached the Car Wash station,the app crashed continuously for about 10 minutes.
I had no physical card to open car wash.
Just reached the front counter person named Dhruvv and asked for help.
To make things quicker,I requested him to verify my subscription from Shell system and issue me a physical ticket for car wash.
This is how the things work when apps crash at other car wash.
But to my disappointment, customer service agent Dhruvv refused to help. I asked him to verify that I have the subscription but he was clueless. When asked about Supervisor contact,he just provided Email and had no phone number available. The concern was immediate and Emailing could not have addressed the same.
Not visiting this station and will cancel the subscription of car wash too. The approach of the service agent was not customer-friendly and he lacked the problem solving skill set.
I request the Shell to properly manage the car wash system in case of their app failure.

It’s a scam…when I enter to the gas station the price shown was 140.9 but as soon as when I lifted nozzle it turned to 150.9

Carwash is garbage.........left side water arm is either plugged or faulty. The one by the 401 is much much better.
