My husband and I visited this store together today, and it was a wonderful experience. Syed, one of the staff at the store, helped us tremendously by assisting us immediately when we needed help choosing what finish we wanted for our paint, answering questions about different painting tools and equipment, and even gave us painting advice. He was very helpful for our entire visit, and even helped us carry everything to the car. Because of his customer service, I am so excited to take on our first painting project and will visit this Sherwin Williams store again soon to pick up different paint colours for the other rooms in our house. Thank you for all your help, Syed :)

This store is fantastic. The customer service is wonderful - they offer helpful suggestions and they very much know their products. They take the time to listen to your needs and are able to answer any paint question you might have.

Exceptional customer service and product knowledge! I've visited the store at least 5 times in the last two months to get paint for multiple projects. Each time I'm there, the staff is extremely friendly and quick to offer their help. There are other paint stores closer to my house but the service makes all the difference.

THANK YOU! We get all our pain and paint supplies at this location, very friendly and helpful staff. Most recently, we came to have a paint chip match. The rep took awhile to find the perfect match, and it was WORTH the wait. Saved me from having to paint the full room, as the match was perfect. Thank you!

When I need nice paint, this is where I go. On my last visit I was helped by two friendly folks, who helped me pick a wall colour based on photos and some tile samples.I chose a gallon of paint and some caulking. When I returned I found that the caulking had partially dried. They exchanged it without any hassle.

Had a very pleasant experience with the associates working today! I had a hard time finding the sample sizes I needed from a competitor store, came in 15 minutes before closing- and the service I received (even in that much of a time crunch) was amazing!! I am not sure when I’ll be needing paint again but when I do, I’ll be sure to return to this location!

I had to visit this store 4 separate times for a single gallon of paint. They kept giving me excuses as to why I couldn’t get the least expensive paint (Captivate) so we would need to upgrade to the pricier versions.Sent my husband in for a 3rd time to get a basic gallon, they said “we don’t have the ‘base’ for the colour you want” and convinced him to spend over $65 because they gave him a ‘discount’. I was originally quoted $45 for the Captivate paint (including 30% off promo & tax) and they basically refused to provide us with that by giving more excuses. Called and talked to Deb and she was extremely rude over the phone and hung up before I could finish my sentence. Sent him back and Deb reluctantly and rudely provided him the price that I was originally quoted.I’m so disappointed as I have always had a great experience with the former associates at this store and the paint quality is superior to Behr or CIL. I’ve been a loyal customer and spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars here, I only wanted an affordable paint for a small room. Next time I’ll save my frustration and I’ll just go to Home Depot or Rona and get the upgraded paint from them instead since it’s comparable for the price.If you want a premium paint, Dulux down the road has always treated my contractor father with care and never lied about their pricing or availability ?
