Went in to get a couple things. Tried the self scan but it didn't work. So I went to the check out. My PC points were not calculating. The staff were nice, funny and took the time to help sort out the issue. I wish I asked there names to give them a shout out.The prices are out of whack so these stars are entirely for the good, kind, hard working staff. Keep up the good work.P.S shoppers lower your prices don't be crooks. you won't need to spend money on security guards. think about people as much as profits.

I visited pharmacy last week and had great experience with tall lady named MuniI asked for transfer my medication from shoppers in Guelph and she did and told me to come and pick up in 1 hour since I had non left. I got my prescription and everything went smoothly. Thanks again Muni

The pharmacy team is horrible. I requested to fill my prescriptions last week and never got a confirmation on when they would be ready for pick up. I called the store and was informed that my prescription was back ordered and I would have to call around to other pharmacies to see if they could fill it. I went in today to pick up one prescription and asked why I was never informed about the back order until I called. The woman working was extremely rude and was forcing me to pay while I was on the phone seeing why my drug plan said it was paid for and confirmed. After I paid I then went to look at my drug plan and pulled it up for the actual pharmacist to look at. I was talking to him and the woman that I dealt with earlier was yelling at me from behind the counter. This pharmacy team is unprofessional and rude. No one should ever talk to a customer like that nor be yelled at over a simple question.

Do not use this pharmacy. They are unethical and unorganized.I have consistently used this pharmacy for all my medications. I recently had my doctor retire, and it’s been very hard to find a new one to fill my prescriptions. The pharmacist extended my anti depressant for me so I could find a doctor. I ended up getting an appointment with a doctor, but it’s quite the wait…. So I needed 13 more pills to get myself to the date of my appointment.Today I called in, and was told they would give me a 2 week prescription to get me to my appointment date. I called at 12:12, and had a 4 min phone call. They told me it would cost me an additional$15 to get this prescription, and I agreed.My boyfriend went to pick up my prescription for me tonight, because I have a bad cold. He arrived and told me they didn’t have anything for me, and that they faxed my doctor.I then called the pharmacy myself and was told that it wouldn’t be filled. They told me that there records show that I haven’t taken my pills “consistently” and that it will not be filled. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, and I was simply refused by saying “he doesn’t want to speak with you”Can you imagine telling someone with mental health problems that the pharmacist doesn’t want to talk to you? They he doesn’t want to help you?Instead I god a very rude girl who refused to give me the pharmacists name. They told me I can call tomorrow and speak with the owner but that they won’t help me.This phone call took place at 7:38pm for 13 min on September 25th, 2023.Now I’m off to the hospital to get a medication that prevents me from taking my own life, simply because the people tonight neglected their jobs.They should be ashamed.Go anywhere else.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this pharmacy. The waiting times were ridiculously long, and to make matters worse, the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.

Do not recommend going to this pharmacy! The lady at the pharmacy was very rude and would not tell me about the prescriptions unless I paid. After paying, I talked with the pharmacist who said that some of these were optional and only if I wanted it but I didn’t want them. There was even a note on the bag to check with me first but the lady had ignored it and made me pay for them before she let me talk to someone else. At that point though, the pharmacist said it was too late to refund them and I had to take them. The lady kept hovering and then told the pharmacist to deal with other patients with appointments even though I still had a question about my prescriptions and arrived before those patients. I am very irritated and hope no one has to experience this. Avoid this pharmacy if you can!

Love picking up prescriptions from this location because of an associate named Munevera. She’s super polite, always checks on my sister and always makes sure we’re up to date with the refills and contacting the physician. She’s truly amazing. I recently went to this location to ask for a prescription. Dr. Zafar Khan kindly assisted me with prescribing a medication. The whole process was super easy and took under 20 minutes. This is a great new service! Would highly recommend!

The pharmacy team at this location goes out of their way to make you feel bad for having to fill a prescription.I don't know if there is something wrong with their management but the employees at the pharmacy as so miserable and they constantly give out wrong information. I was told by Blanca to send my personal information updates to the mail email inbox as I have a disability and I have a hard time physically getting to the store. She said she would not update my information over the phone but I could email it.When I attempted to email my information I was told I am not allowed to email personal information to this email.I have been without my meds for about a week now because Blanca wanted me to pay the full amount and I can not afford to and she would not accept any of my information to set up a delivery for my prescription.I will have to go to the ER - this is more than once this pharmacy has denied me my medication and I've had to take an ambulance to the hospital.I have sent multiple emails to customer service regarding the treatment from the pharmacy. Shoppers does not care about it's patients, especially the people that work at this location.I've never felt so ashamed to be disabled as I do when I ask for help from this shoppers location.

It bothers me to leave this review because I think the owner is a good person. If you deal with the owner of the pharmacist, you will be in good hands. The problem is his staff. The other pharmacist (Nishal?) is abrupt, unhelpful, belligerent, and totally unsuited for customer support. Shoppers prides itself on customer support and this person is not on the same page. He has lost this pharmacy my business after over 6 years with them.I called to update my new physician info (again! Their files did not reflect my previous attempt to update this info, resulting in delays in a service) and to clarify when I could come pick up my medication. This was entirely bothersome to the pharmacist I spoke with. One of us was courteous, polite, and patient in giving information and it was NOT the person being paid for this transaction.When I let him know he'd managed to lose my business, he said 'that is fine' and hung up on me.Is this location understaffed? Paying too little? Or just not adept at hiring persons with the ability to serve clients? I'm not sure, and I am not going to find out. Apparently they are fine with that!
