These guys don’t honour their commitment. I used to be a regular customer and in fact made a purchase twice in a year, now I will never shop with these fraudsters. My advice to new clients - if you are going to shop anyway here after reading this review, please get everything in writing because they will not honour anything promised/committed by sales rep during the purchase. Beware
Reply to owner for his below comment: You conveniently forgot to mention that I did call back in January at time of delivery about missing pillows and your rep told me that he will ask the sales guy about such promise and will follow up which actually never happened. I live at far end of Kitchener so I don’t have time and flexibility to come all the way to Waterloo for few bucks - it’s just I was in Waterloo so I thought to pay a visit and you guys might honour your commitment which obviously didn’t happen because you believe customers are fools as you can play your card if it’s not on invoice we have no obligation, which is fine but how about customer loyalty and trust.

Addy is the guy if you are looking for anything in the industry of bedroom mattress and/or furniture. You won't be disappointed at all and the service you will be getting with him you just need to experience it yourself ?. Trust me he is awesome ?. Keep it up Addy.

Honestly such a good store. The salesman was patient, knowledgeable about different kinds of mattresses, and not pushy at all. The price is among the best in town. I definitely recommend checking out this place!

I went in yesterday and purchased a mattress from Vish (who was lovely). Had some issues with delivery times - Raj was AMAZING!! He was super responsive to my Google review and called me immediately even on a Saturday evening and personally delivered my order within minutes to ensure I received it as promised :) Leaving me one super impressed and happy girl.With an owner that committed to making sure the experience is positive and truly taking care of me, I can recommend Sleepeez wholeheartedly and without reservation for your next mattress purchase!!I ordered a twin and chose a « firm » I can flip (as needed) it still has a pillow top on one side and I have high hopes for the comfort and longevity of it.Thanks again Raj for going above and beyond :)

Had a great experience here, love our new bed. We were helped by a fellow named Mike, who was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped guide us to the right bed to meet our needs. Also, he didn't hover uncomfortably like many other mattress sales people.

I got a call that delivery was not happening due to weather. No problem.. I said I think I jumped the gun and bought to soon before Christmas sale would be starting anyway. The man had a nerve to "Little Lady" me! That I won't get such a good deal, he was so loud talking over me my husband could hear him across the room and told me to hang and up return the mattress. Very unprofessional to man explain to a women about sales! I will not be accepting the delivery, poor weather or not, sales guy ruined it with his rude manners
