I was served by Anshuman while purchasing a Mother’s Day gift and this employee went above and beyond . Stand out customer service , friendly and pleasant to deal with . Asset to the company .

I don't think the workers realize that customers can hear them talking about us in the back... the one worker who introduced himself as the was the store manager/boss was very friendly on the floor, but the second he walked in the back we could hear him saying very inappropriate things about my buddy making him extremely uncomfortable, maybe keep the comments about customers bodies to a minimum or atleast just keep the volume down

Was in here earlier today and had a really positive experience! Came in for a pair of Converse and even though they didn't have them in stock, Marcus was quick to suggest that I could get them shipped to my house (for the same price). Overall, Marcus was very friendly and helpful and I will definitely be coming back again.

Good store to purchase shoes, particularly walking and running shoes. They stock most sizes of each shoe as well, given these days most other stores dont stock much and encourage online purchases.For me, it is best to try a shoe for its fit because each manufacturer has slightly different fit and comfort and sizes slightly vary.Good place to try out a shoe before buying.When we visited the associate Mark was very helpful and great service.This store is located in convenient location of north waterloo Conestoga mall with plenty of parking.Highly recommend

Great store. They always have lots of styles and sizes in stock.I find they are often a bit busy and you have to wait a bit to get some help. But their employees always do their best to find you what you need.
