Ordered a windshield back in August paid my deductible and have been given the run around since. Today i called and someone told me it was in and I could drop my car off this afternoon. I showed up and windshield is not there. Not a good experience and will not be recommending them for work

Go elsewhere. Speedy is not speedy nor do they know what they are doing, the first time we went in with our crv. They ordered the wrong size glass so we had to rebook months later as they never called to tell us when glass came in, so two days off from work and it took all day to fix. We decided to give them another chance with our Pathfinder, OMG don't trust them with your vehicle. They could not calibrate our windshield with the sensors on first day that we took time off work to drop it off so now on second day they have had our vehicle all day again and not ready yet. They also owned up to knicking our brand new car interior today while finishing the job that should have been done right the first time, they did finally offer to pay for damages after our Google review was posted. Don't use the restroom either looks like it has never been cleaned ever and no supplies. Glad they connected with us to make some reperations. My husband feels they tried their best but I still am very hesitant to return here.

Easy to book online, good advice received, careful repair made--I'm very happy all around. There was significant pressure to replace the entire windshield due to another chip/crack in the lower corner of the windshield which he asserted would eventually necessitate the replacement of the entire windshield, but I've been watching that for over a year and there doesn't seem to be any evidence of it spreading anywhere else but for the short crack ending at the lower corner of the windshield. However, he is the expert and I am not, so I cannot say for certain that he will be wrong in the long term. However, if it does happen, I do plan to return to the same shop to have the windshield replaced, as I am confident in the quality of their work.

Fixed a slightly bigger than a Tooney size chip. Easy communication and good results. The chips looked significantly smaller. Take 1 point off due to the sale pitches on the day of repair. Overall very happy.

Soon as I noticed, the crack in my windshield, I called Speedy Auto Glass, and the entire experience was very professional and efficient. The gentleman at Weber Street store in Waterloo walked me through the entire process. He offered me the Rain X coating and new wipers which I would have taken but I am trading in my existing lease very soon.
The store was finished replacing the windshield faster than they had told me it would take, and the man at the front desk was very professional and pleasant. Even my car wash sticker from the old windshield was replaced onto the new one and it works perfectly. Well done Speedy!!!
