Great staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Better experience than other sports stores. Low pressure environment and staff are helpful when finding the right piece of equipment for you and don't try to push other products.

Love this place! My all time favourite hockey store in the KW. Bunch of beauties work here that’s for sure. I was happy they helped me with upgrading my steel, and were super accommodating with me when I didn’t have my wallet, and only Apple Pay worked for half my bill. Had to literally run home for my wallet. They put my new steel on while I did so. Seriously so nice. ? will be back for sharpening, not as often due to the new Blacksteel.

Been here a few times this year already and have dealt with Sam every time. He's gone above and beyond helping us figure out exactly what skates would work for our son, and within our budget. Friendly and polite, and most of all helpful. We appreciate him!

The Sports Zone is our favorite hockey store. The customer service is always excellent; everyone who works there takes care of us with all of our questions. Today we got my son's gloves cleaned and the odor was completely removed in their machine. My washing machine at home didn't touch the odor so I definitely recommend for any stinky piece of equipment! Thank you!

Fantastic place for hockey gear, specifically goalie gear. Many hockey shops have limited goalie gear, but Sportszone has a great supply and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to find a certain size and style nearby and had it to their store in the time frame we needed. Super fast and again, staff was GREAT! Wish we had hockey shops like this in the States!

Absolutely love the batting cages! Also like that they arent on an online booking system. You can just go and bat and people are very respectful about taking turns. Make sure to ask the cashier at the front to get the guys to go clean up the balls out there before you go to bat. She definitely knows how to get them to do their jobs. The only issue is the machines do get clogged and the machine may stop working halfway, but the staff will reimburse if this happens and do help. You just have to knock on the back door. Realistically everyone knows how to fix these machines, but we are "supposed to" ask for help from staff instead. Great selection of bats to choose from. They do have a loaner helmet and bats if you forget yours or dont have ones. Cages are open until the fall and the tokens you buy do not expire!
