Had a terrible checkout experience at Conestoga location on Feb 14, 2025 around noon. The cashier was dismissive, incredibly rude & unprofessional. I request the manager/management to look into this, as most of the reviews here reported the same issue. I like the items in the store and deals but this needs to be fixed.

Have the worst experiance with think kitchen brand.We purchased a robot vacuum here, and the first one had a charging issue. They replaced it with one that was only moving backward, then another that wasn't moving at all, and the fourth one is simply more garbage they handed us. Back to back four faulty product

One of the worst experience ever!! They sold a cutting board for 40$ we got that as a gift but later we didn’t need it so asked to return they never gave us the receipt instead said us we will send it to email which they didn’t and simply said we are busy now can’t do anything about it. First they did not send the receipt which is their fault and not helping customers and selling bad products for high price

Totally pathetic service.
I came feom Guelph to Waterloo store to return the item because Guelph and Cambridge store are closing and they do not accept returns. And Waterloo store is also not accepting returns as well.
Where should I return. ?

Had a bad experience at the checkout yesterday 15 min prior to closing. We heard cashier say “i don’t wanna help these” and moved back.. another staff standing beside her helped us with the checkout. We thought maybe she needs some break but she was waiting for us to complete and leave. She resumed at the same counter after we left.
The Store must have provided some code of ethics to each employee to work. Maybe she got a bad experience with someone and judging us.
I hope nobody else face such discrimination.

I went to the store today with my friends. We bought multiple items. We want to thank and appreciate one of the employees namely Ishika. She was awesome. Not a good experience tonight as a sandwich maker advertised “on sale” for $49.98 rang up as $59.98. When I asked for the sale price, the cashier said it was on sale but for $59.98, not $49.98. So I showed her the sign. I thought maybe I grabbed the wrong product off the shelf but she confirmed it was the correct product for the sign but that the sign itself was a mistake.I then pointed to the other sign in the other part of the store, identical to the first, because the sandwich maker was being shown in two different places, both signs saying $49.98, so how can it be a mistake?She again confirmed that the product matches the sign sign, but still refused to honour the displayed price because it “should” have read $59.98. This is very confusing.The second cashier then chimed in to say they were “short staffed” so they didn’t have time to go around the store and check all the signs. They didn’t seem very short staffed to me as I was the only customer in the store at the time. This sounded like deceptive advertising to me and if they wouldn’t honour the price on the sign, I asked to speak with the person in charge. The cashier said that would be the manager but “she’s on holidays” and even though she has a phone, “I’m not going to bother Cindy with this.” That was weird. I would think that a manager going on holidays would delegate someone in charge with the authority to resolve a situation.I then tried to reach out to the corporate customer support but it was already 7 PM and their customer support was closed for the day.So based on my experience, and inability to escalate the issue, my advice to anyone who shops here is to check the price that rings up BEFORE you pay, and make sure it’s correct.

Visited this store for the first time today with a friend, and I walked away with my very first cast iron skillet and my first ever Wok, plus a number of other odds and ends. I could have taken home at least one of everything in the store. Very nice selection; well laid out displays, and helpful staff.

Very easy to exchange my 3in1 blender/food processor when the button broke on my previous one. They honoured the warranty for it and the staff was very helpful, they even gave me a partial refund since the product was now on sale! Great place to go will be returning!!!
