Really bad experience with sales associates from last two visits. They didn’t even give enough time to decide and was reminding to hang them back even before deciding. Will not recommend this suzy store to any of my frnds.

The prices are good. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Shahira was very helpful and helped me and my mom to get all we need. She was very fast and smiley all the time. Rulina, the second staff was good as well. It was nice shopping at Suzy Shier shop.

Have always had great success when needing a dress or something a little nicer. The prices are reasonable and there is always some sale on. On my recent visit I think they were very short staffed as we waited quite some time in line to check out. There was one person on cash and one on the dressing rooms. I felt bad as there was a long line to check out and some issues with a specific customer. The employee was apologetic and did her best. A place worth checking out if you can't find a dress somewhere else!

great clothing, not so great staff… went in looking for a dress, and at the register, what i presume to be the manager and an employee were having a discussion. normally, i wouldn’t care if they were talking, but the manager in particular, was scolding the employee. i understand that stuff like this happens… but not in front of the customers, maybe? kind of ruined the experience.

Horrible customer service. Lady at billing was super rude. I picked up a cloth in discount and she didn't add it on purpose. I wanted to check a cloth I tried and she put the cloth down on the floor for me to pick it making like her hands were full. Didn't even take the magnet tag of my cloth I purchased. It has ruined my entire shopping experience and my evening. How do I report such incidents?

I visited this store to check out their fall selection because their website said everything was 40%off and I don't have enough time to wait have something shipped to me. I needed new pants for an event this weekend asap. Nowhere online did it mention it was an online sale only. I purchased a pair of pants here yesterday evening and when I got home realized I had been charged full price. I came back this evening around 6:30pm and was hoping to get a refund for the 40% off. I was curtly informed that it was an online sale only and that this store's pricing has "has nothing to do with the website". Then I was told I could come back Thursday to get the 40% off because the in store sale starts Thursday. Good customer service would have honoured the discount then and there. I decided I no longer wanted the pants but the store's ridiculous return policy is NO REFUNDS, exchange or store credit only. What an absolute scam. So they lure you into the store with these big online sales, but fail to mention its an online sale only and refuse to refund you your money for clothes that are barely worth the sale price. I'm angry and genuinely feel ripped off. Terrible customer service. Once I use the store credit, that I don't even want and was told I can't even use online, I won't be returning.

Worst customer service ever!! There was a reduced price sticker on a item but was charged full price, the manager said no one in the store put that price on it had to be someone else, huh? Really! How can not an employee just go and put a price on an item, the manager refuse to honor the reduce price and I felt like she was blaming me that must of put the price on, seriously! Cameras are everywhere to show I would of done it, which I didn’t, I keep telling her your employees put the price on it and it’s not my fault a different price was on it but it’s on it so she still should of honor the reduced price.She refuse to help me on anything even if I travelled from far I still Spend over $200 but Was not a happy customer leaving the store and will never go back there due to the poor customer service!!

Honestly love this store. Everyone is so friendly and have great customer service. If they don’t have something you want, they genuinely try to find you something similar or something else so you don’t leave with nothing. I especially loved Sef. She is such a sweetheart and was so helpful! Way better customer service than places like Torid or Garage.
