Just wanna mention one person, Shalom Onoh. She shows no respect to people. Don’t even mention that we are the client. When I first met her, she did not even say hi. Then she asked me to move a chair from another office to her office say that we could all sit down. Excuse me? I’m not ur handyman. She just stood there leaning against the wall, with her hands in the pokey of her hoodie, and chewing her gum or eating (I can’t tell). The only time she took her hand out of the pocket is when she needs to use the mouse. The poor lady must be cold so that she couldn’t take her hands out. If anyone else is going there, make sure to wear enough cloth. Or prepare to be frozen. Not sure if u r frozen because of the temperature or her attitude.

Here we go again! Once again quality and fantastic service from this TD branch.Other branches should take note.Pretty sad when I live Highland, Belmont area and drive to University Ave to have someone serve me that doesn't give me the eye roll, or the big yawn because I'm bothering them.Thanks for all you do in great customer service.Much appreciated.

The quality of customer service is satisfactory, but I'm puzzled by the prolonged issue with the front door – they've used a temporary wooden block for several months now, which doesn't reflect well on a reputable brand like TD. Additionally, one of the ATMs has a malfunctioning CORR button, which is quite unpleasant.

The best TD in the area by far. My wife and I just opened a business account with them, and Hector Vasquez couldn't have made it any easier.He took the time to explain all of the options available to us, and fully answered any questions we had. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.Thank you TD and Hector for the amazing customer service today.

Never had an issue with this branch. Could be the negative reviews because the customer was not prepared properly. I see it all the time with lack of documentation and required paperwork to complete their banking.Then they hold everyone else up while staff is trying to help them understand what they need. Some people play the blame game, and never point the finger at themselves.

I live far from this location but it’s worth the drive every time! Most of the interactions I’ve had here have been very positive. The employees are extremely helpful, patient and respectful. I never feel rushed here and they make sure you’re taken care of!

Idk when they stopped letting people access the atm after business hours but you would think it would be open 7 days a week then. People still need cash after 6pm and on Sundays

The new manager, Rebecca, is one of the most unprofessional, rude people I have ever dealt with at that branch. Clearly you do not have to be customer-oriented or professional to be promoted at TD. If it's not in her job description, she won't do something for a customer. And make sure you know the details of your account when dealing with her. She has tried to charge me multiple times for things that I am not require to pay for due to the type of account I have. Rebecca is miserable and doesn't smile and isn't even capable of being polite. All of the other managers smile and greet customers when they are dealing with them. Rebecca spends all day scowling and doesn't even have the common courtesy to be polite to customers or greet them kindly. That branch just seems to be going downhill and their customer service is getting worse and worse. Clearly they do not care about your business.

CHECK YOUR STATEMENT/TRANSACTIONS OFTEN!!!!! if you have fraudulent charges on your account and you don't notice in a certain amount of time you could be out a lot of money. I was scammed out of thousands of dollars, and because I didn't notice in a timely manner I'm most likely out all that money ??. Don't want this happening to others, scammers seem to be in overdrive with inflation and cost of living increases. Be careful out there everyone, don't let what happened to me happen to you. What a waste of time, space, air, and land. The employees are not helpful, and tell you to do it yourself. I do wonder why people are paid if I have to do everything myself anyhow. Manager was equally unhelpful. Wish Banking Institutions would be better at banking... Guess you don't have to be proficient in that to make money off of people. Again, what a waste. Edit; also the 5 star reviews look super fake, the amount of one star reviews speaks volumes lol
