I love love this pharmacy. Since switching from the shoppers in weber. I have nit been happier. They go above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful for all they do for me. I love every single person that works there. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to make sure my meds are always on time and that there is never a med interaction. Can't say enough good things about this place. If u haven't already I would switch 100%

In search for a new pharmacy after the hassle I’ve been receiving from Shoppers (50 Weber st N), and after dealing with Bola, I knew I was having mine and my daughters medications transferred here.
She’s so knowledgeable, caring, and efficient.
She’s a breath of fresh air and just want to say thank you for helping me with my daughter’s medications!

Excellent service I would recommend KW pharmacy to anyone. The staff is friendly and also for those who can’t get there in person, there is a delivery service available.

I went to the pharmacy, hoping to get a prescription from the pharmacist. I was surprised by the service that the pharmacist provided. First, the pharmacist was unaware that the condition she was going to prescribe the medication for me was on the list of eligible conditions after explaining my condition. I was the one who pointed out the condition from the list ?. I knew at the moment the level of experience I would be facing ?. Second I gave my coverage information, and I waited because I wanted to confirm if my drug coverage would cover for the medication. Surprisingly, the pharmacist told me to leave and asked me to come at one in the afternoon so that she could process the prescription, and I agreed, telling the pharmacist I would be going for a walk. While I was walking, she called asking for clinical information to process my prescription, which was around noon. Then the pharmacist said oh, I am sorry, but your condition is minor, and I am not eligible to prescribe your the medication, but I can prescribe it for you over the counter, and it will go through your insurance. I was laughing when she told me that because ABC pharmacy, not every drug coverage covers over-the-counter medication. I knew I was right; I dealt with a pharmacist without experience. I told her if she wanted to try, it was up to her, and I was laughing because she was wasting my time. I went back to the pharmacy just out of curiosity to understand her perspective, and when I was close to the pharmacy, she called me, telling me oh, it is not covered ???. I went to the pharmacy she explained to me why it was not covered. I told her simply not every drug coverage cover for OTC. I also told her that is why I wanted to stay from the beginning. Instead being professional you kicked me out of the pharmacy and starting doing clinical service over the phone instead of using the clinical room that is found in every pharmacy. My advice to the pharmacist, please read the code of ethics again.

Disgusting pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Waited for half an hour for a 10 minutes prescription while the staff walking around drug shelves without masks, and the face mask warning post in front of him made this more ironic. Ended up telling me they ran out of stock and gave me alternatives. The worst decision I’ve ever made is coming to this store.Don’t come if you don’t like suffering or getting infected.

I have been using this pharmacy for about a year. I have been extremely happy with their service. They are great at communicating with me and my complicated medication needs. The man handling the compounding calls to ensure I will have enough medication on hand to last until he can finish, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

Incredible customer service! I arrived almost 2 hours after closing hours and needed a compounding rx on a Saturday. Mr. Acharya welcomed me, accepted the rx and made it within 30 minutes. Moving forward I take all my rx's to this pharmacy. Class act and amazing service!!!!! Even the explanation of the rx was top notch. A++++

The pharmacist, himself, is a delightful and intelligent gentleman who doesn't see you as a prescription or a job but as a human being and he is a very good pharmacist. The other employees, almost all of them except a couple of older ladies, are very snobby and I can always hear them talking about patients behind the counter... It's very unprofessional and sometimes the patients are right in the room while they pretentiously gossip about them.Someone needs to train these people on how to act in a professional manner.
