The staff was very friendly with a beautiful store interior. The designs were very well done. Only gave 4 stars as some of the nails are bumpy but it isn’t very noticeable and I did get nicked by the drill leading to a sore cut on my cuticle. This has happened to me at most nail salons so completely understandable. Overall happy with my experience

Unfortunately had a really disappointing experience here. My friend and I have been trying to find a new nail salon after our favourite spot closed, so we gave this place a try. My basic manicure and bio fill took over two and a half hours, the service itself was more painful than I've ever experienced and the result was uneven and bubbled nails. I was surprised to have not been offered a discount on the service at the time given the experience I had that management was well aware of. It's in a cool spot, nice interior, just won't be a place I return to after my experience today.

Went yesterday and it was very nice inside and nice nail tech but the work was not what I expected for the amount we paid. 6 fingers got nicked, my pinky got nicked by a nail file and didn’t even hear an apology…just a gasp from the nail tech. The shape of my nails are all different ranging from soft round, square to almond. I got bio gel and it wasn’t spread around the nail well because it’s bumpy, the pink base is patchy. There are red chrome powder specs on two nails on my left hand This is the first review I’m writing and I’m writing it because I was just so dissatisfied with the nail service. My pinky is definitely still hurting (swollen, red, stings when it touches water). To me, this should not be the norm when you get your nails done. Not looking to go back and get them redone as my nicked fingers are still recovering.

Was recommended by a classmate and decided to go since it was near my university the university of waterloo. Paid $190 for french manicure and pedicure which i had never spent so much on nails. Usually $120 or less i spend monthly on nails. In a few days my nails broke without doing anything. This has never happened to me before. This proves the biogel is made out of cheap quality and the girl who did my nails has not done them well as the application was thin. I usually go to 5 star salons in toronto and never had my nail broken. Don’t come here.

Nice salon & people! I got a french tip russian manicure done and none of the white tips are even. The base was way too pink. I was given options for the base but other than this pink, there was only brown. Others told me not to come here due to the quality of manicures but I still gave it the benefit of the doubt. The cuticles are cleaned up nicely, the polish work is not good. Also saw the nail tech put the extra brush in her mouth multiple times before using it to add the white tip. Very disappointed and waste of $70.

I highly recommend Nail Technician Aarti for her exceptional pedicure services. I was delighted with the results, and my partner was equally impressed with Aarti's skill in applying Biogel services. The experience, services and ambience was top-notch, and we look forward to returning for more treatments!

Got my acrylic nails done by Frank and they did an incredible job. They got the shape, length and colour perfect! 10/10. They were also so sweet and personable !! Took their time and it was well worth it. Thank you!!

Service at this salon is amazing. I did my acrylic from Aarti. She has so amazing skills that I had my nails last for more than 2 months. She is so generous and quick in her work. I will definately recommend this nails salon to someone who is looking for beutiful nails in reasonable price.

Beautiful salon but does not do nails well. The shape of each nail looks different (even others have asked if I did it myself), there are little air bubbles below the chrome, they are very thick, and the shaping is very jagged. The staff were so kind and the salon was so pretty that it was disappointing to see how my nails turned out 3 hours and $80 later.
