Strange experience! I wanted to exchange my tempered glass screen protector and had my Best Buy receipt, but they said it couldn't be done at Best Buy Express. It could only be done at a Best Buy store or a Best Buy Mobile store. That's very odd. That short, balding manager was also quite rude.

Have been a best buy customer for long and never been disappointed. All products, be it Tv , phone , dishwasher , laptop .. all of it have been good. The store manager is also very friendly and answers all queries. Highly recommended.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy Express in Conestoga Mall. I purchased a product from another Best Buy location that unfortunately turned out to be defective. Since I was well within the 30-day return period (I was actually returning it within a week), I decided to return the item at this store, especially since they had the last available headset that I wanted to purchase.
However, the employees refused to accept the return, insisting that I could only return the product at the original store of purchase. This was baffling to me—why wouldn’t a return be accepted at any Best Buy location if it’s the same brand? I even suggested an exchange, thinking it would be a straightforward process since I was going to make a new purchase right then and there. Unfortunately, they still declined and advised me to return the item to the original store before coming back to buy the headset from them.
To add to my frustration, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. One employee mentioned that processing my return would cause issues with their manager, which did not instill confidence in their willingness to assist customers.
This experience has left me with a negative impression of Best Buy Canada’s policies and the customer service at this location. As a loyal customer, I expect better. I sincerely hope that Best Buy takes steps to address these issues and ensure that their staff are more helpful and accommodating in the future.

Bought a Play Station 5 and an extra controller from the store. Vanshika helped me with the billing. The extra controller that I bought was defected as the right joystick wasn't calibrated properly or God knows what. Tried it for a week or two and went back to the store, they did not help me and told me to contact Sony customer service myself as the person helping me told me "OR else we have to get in touch with them which we can't". Left with my controller and now I have to contact them myself. The guy was very rude too as it was the last day of their return period and he did not process my return. Will never come back to the store.

Gurnoor was the associate that helped me out and they were completely amazing. Made the entire process seamless and anxious free. Very friendly and knowledgeable on all product offerings. I got a new phone and plan all done in a timely manner with very minimal confusion. Excellent service!!
