Very awkward experience trying to ship a return item for Amazon. With all the printers they have, they could not print the label I sent them for the Amazon return. And did not offer any options to resolve.

Akash was extremely patient with our newborn passport photography. We had to retake the photos many times (per his instructions as he wanted to make sure the final product is per specs). Very happy with the final product.

I popped in to this UPS store for a quick ID Photo. Akash Desai, the manager, looked at me and new immediately what I needed.
Akash very politely ushered me to the photography area - after a few snaps and some trimming, he had me paid up and out the door in literal minutes!
His excellent customer service and accuracy are top notch - a real asset to the company. I would recommend Akash and this location to everyone.

Every time I visit this UPS Store, I’m greeted with friendly professional service. One staff member in particular, Akash is always especially helpful - he goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right, whether printing or answering questions with a smile. It’s a pleasure doing business here, and I leave feeling taken care of. Highly recommend this location

Great, reliable, honest, and fast service.
I needed to get a fast track package service for some documents the next day afternoon to ottawa, and I remembered a little later in the afternoon that I missed a document.
Luckily, Akash at the store was very helpful and told me (on call) that I could come before 5 and add that missing document to my package. He recognized me as soon as I came and was ready with my package before even asking. He did provide the new envelope for all documents and assured me the package will reach Ottawa tomorrow as per my service selected with the same tracking number.
I really like the honest, convenient, and speedy service I was provided.

Paid $60 for over night express shipping, documents never arrived, tried to file a claim, issue after issues. I'll be going anywhere else but here next time, would have been faster and cheaper if I just drove the envelope there myself. This is ridiculous!!
