Very rude and bad customer service. The guy at UPS doesn't even respond when talking to him and his attitude is very disrespectful to customers. Don't go there as you have to pay for anything unlike other parcel delivery companies.

Had to pick up packages today almost right as the store was closing, the man working stayed a little late to assure that we received our packages and was super friendly, even calling me back to assure me that my husband had received the packages. Always great customer service at this location and always very friendly. Thank you for going above and beyond your job duties!! Have a great weekend to this staff member :)

Small pick-up spot for parcels that also does various printing services. Convenient location to the University. Arrived at this store to pick up a UPS package they never attempted to deliver to my address. The store attendant moved at a relaxed pace - wait times were fairly long (~5-10 mins) despite only one person in line ahead of me. Non-traditional customer service as the one employee seemed to be the entire operation. They didn’t say much, but eventually located my package and I was able to go on my way.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by UPS in Waterloo, Canada. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by very poor customer service, lack of proper response, and an astonishing failure to update my flat number on the delivery address. Given the severity of the issues I encountered, I feel compelled to share my experience in detail so that others are aware of the potential problems they may face when dealing with UPS in this area.To begin with, the customer service at UPS Waterloo is utterly unacceptable. From the moment I first contacted them to address a simple issue, I was met with a shocking level of indifference and unhelpfulness. I needed to update the flat number on my delivery address to ensure that my package would be delivered correctly. This seems like a straightforward request that any competent delivery service should be able to handle with ease. However, this was far from the case with UPS Waterloo.Despite making multiple phone calls and sending several emails, I received no proper response from their customer service team. Each interaction left me more frustrated than the last. The representatives I spoke with were either unable or unwilling to assist me. They offered vague reassurances that my issue would be resolved, but nothing was done. Days went by without any follow-up, and I was left in the dark about the status of my package. This lack of communication is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.When the delivery date finally arrived, I was hopeful that the package would be delivered correctly despite the communication issues. However, my hope was misplaced. Not only did UPS Waterloo fail to deliver the package to the updated address, but they also did not even attempt to contact me for clarification or assistance. Instead, my package was left at an incorrect address, and I had to go through the hassle of tracking it down myself. This level of incompetence is simply inexcusable.In my frustration, I attempted to escalate the issue to a higher level within the company, hoping that someone would take responsibility and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with the same apathy and inefficiency. It became abundantly clear that UPS Waterloo does not prioritize customer satisfaction or take accountability for their mistakes. The entire ordeal was incredibly time-consuming and stressful, with no resolution in sight.The impact of this poor service extended beyond just the inconvenience of a delayed package. I had ordered important items that I needed urgently, and the delay caused by UPS Waterloo's incompetence created significant problems for me. I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, incurring additional costs and wasting valuable time. The lack of reliability and professionalism displayed by UPS Waterloo has left me with no confidence in their ability to handle deliveries effectively.My experience with UPS Waterloo, Canada, has been one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever had. The very poor customer service, lack of proper response, and failure to update my flat number are indicative of a company that does not value its customers or take its responsibilities seriously. I will not be using UPS again, and I strongly advise others to avoid their services at all costs. This experience has been a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of choosing a reliable and customer-focused delivery service. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually cares about delivering on its promises.
