Thrift Stores
“Such a well organized and clean Value Village. I've been to a few others and they were so bad that it put me off wanting to go to one but this one was different. Clothes and everything else is in its place. The staff is helpful too.”
“Great store super clean and well organized, prices are good and no taxes makes it even better.
I really like the tag of the week because it’s fun to go and look for items with those tags.
Overall great thrifting experience ?↕️”
“They often have good things on the floor... sometimes even new items they are given to sell. Their shop is tidy and well kept. The clothes offered tend to be in good condition.”
“A great local thrift store in the area! If you're a thrifter, you have to make a stop! Many wonderful items for affordable prices. Recommend! Note: Payment is debit & cash, and make sure to bring along some reusable bags as you may definitely buy some goodies!”
“Such a cute hidden gem of a store. I go here every time I go to the farmers market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of items to choose from. Prices are very fair. Proceeds go back into helping the community. I always end leaving with something.”
“We went looking for a dresser and went to the main thrift store which was today, clean and stocked with lots of items, but no furniture. Then we noticed the sign. They have another whole store in the mall next door with just furniture! And it's like walking into Leon's (though the furniture is obviously used of course) check it out.”
“My mother and I came in to unwind after a difficult morning of handling my late grandfather's estate. Taylor was an absolute delight, complimenting us as we tried things on and being beyond attentive with us when trying on jewelry. She made our day with her brilliant personality. Thank you Taylor!”
“This Value Village is at Ottawa St N/ Weber St E and shares the plaza with Dairy Queen, Tim Hortins e.c.t
I find the store to be large with a lot of selection.
The employees are friendly, the Security guard is courteous and opened the doors for me as I was leaving.
The showcase often has interesting items in it. There was a person behind the desk ready to show the customer items.
Some things are priced high but this is common now at most thrift stores these days.
I find most things are priced pretty reasonably.
Unfortunately there are no Change rooms here anymore so you must keep your receipts and try on things at home.
There are self checkouts with an attendant. The attendant is helpful. Sometimes if there are a lot of customers in line they may open up a regular checkout with a cashier that gives full service.”
“This Value Village location always has a great selection. What I like best, though, is their drive thru donation system! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well maintained.”
“Luster and oak, more like luster and broke, because that’s what I’m going to be after dropping all my money on incredible clothes!
Seriously glad that everything here is so affordable, even that one time I bought a really nice pair of pants from a different store and then came here and found the exact same ones for $50 cheaper. The employees were so nice they didn’t even laugh at me when I told them.”
