Ordered a coffee and two breakfast biscuits through the drive through while no one else was behind me. I’ve come to realize they turn the toaster speed to the max as nothing ever gets toasted whatsoever. Asked for DOUBLE toasted yet this was still the outcome a non-toasted cold breakfast sandwich. The fact they’re cutting corners to just get you out so they can go back to do nothing is alarming. Every time I’ve gone all employees are acting like highschool kids at camp talking in middle-eastern languages which is extremely unprofessional because who knows what they’re saying and if it’s about you. Very unwelcoming, unprofessional, terrible customer service, and food quality. Will definitely not be going to this location again and will be going to the location down the road which actually do their jobs according to Tim Hortons standards. Not sure how you can screw up toasting a piece of bread, this place has pathetic service.

Worst Drive thru ever waited too long and the one who’s working named Margin was too rude while talking he literally shouted at us for his own mistake. Worst Tim experience.

Not sure why this business man's don't want more money ?.They should understand that millions of people in this country don't speak great English (even some of theirs own staff). And there are thousands of newcomers every year.The problem is your drive thru menu, it makes it to hard for non English speakers (even for EGN. speakers) to orde an turkey bacon club sandwich or any other sandwich, cause it makes us pronounce the whole long and strange name.First words we learn are numbers.We all now numbers from one to 10 at least, think how easy it would be with just one short and easy to pronounce word, get a rare named sandwich.McDonald's knows it.Plz use numbers too

I would not recommend it at all..there is no real taste of coffee in addition to the workers are very moody.The place is small inside a gas station.

This USED to be an awesome location. Seems like it’s under new management or something… takes 10-15 minutes to fulfill a simple order even when they’re not busy. This has been the trend for the past couple months.Avoid u less you have time to waste.
