I came in with a flat tire and they took care of me right away.It happened on the highway, my tire had a large cut on the sidewall.( Very friendly staff very courteous, the owner/Manager Andrea catered to my needs.)I Purchased two brand new tires.I would highly recommend them.I will definitely come back.Sonja Berg

My wife's vehicle had a tire with a slow leak. They got me in on the same day I called. The inspected and repaired the tire while I waited and the price was very reasonable. Great service!!

I was in Waterloo for the day and had a slow leak. The technician removed the wheel and looked at it right away and showed me it was a cracked rim so they couldn't not repair it. He filled it up and there was no charge for his labour. Much appreciated, thank you. I would recommend Waterloo Tirecraft.

I have always been very happy with the service provided from Tirecraft Waterloo. From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by the most cheerful and knowledgeable reception team to tire repair and seasonal tire changeover. I am most grateful that they aren’t constantly trying to sell you tires.I guess I would sum up Tirecraft Waterloo in two words:Honest and Trustworthy.

Incredibly fast service - 90 minutes start to finish for a tire change, with less than 24h notice, at a busy time of year. Friendly and personal service, and better prices than Mr Lube for my new tire. Not only did they do a great job but they even tidied up the trunk after they were done. 10/10!

Could not speak more highly of the customer and service team at Tirecraft Waterloo. They have exceeded expectations for us whenever we have needed work done. Everyone is pleasant & helpful and it just makes for a great experience every time. I recommend them to everyone!
