“I had a positive experience with Carstar Elmira overall.
The team was professional and communicative throughout the process, especially given how busy they are.
They took the time to explain the repair timeline and helped accommodate my situation as much as possible.
The repair process did take some time due to parts availability, but I appreciate their effort to keep me informed and get the work done.
Thank you to the team for your support.”
“Great towing experience after cops pulled me over. Kieth was very experienced and knew how to load a lowered car onto the tow bed without any damage. I highly recommend you go with these guys especially if you have a very expensive lowered car.”
“Amazing staff service. Quick and reliable. Super friendly staff and drivers. 10/10 recommend. Duane was beyond great when i needed a tow. Thank you for all your help!!!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a great experience with Amin, who helped tow my van from Victoria Street to Sherley Avenue. He arrived on time, handled everything smoothly, and made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out was his kind and helpful nature—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommend his service if you're looking for someone reliable and respectful. Thanks again, Amin!”
