Met a brainless degenerate cashier who coughed in my face at check out today, he acted like a video game character, might want to check your staff and hire some people with proper hygiene, manners and an 80+ iq. Heavy NPC staff, I asked one staff a question and she just completely ignored me and walked by, just like a video game character, the standards are low but come on. This is the most bummy walmart in K-W by far, nothing like the walmart at boardwalk, not even close. Step it up.

I went to this Walmart first time and I had an extremely bad experience over there, Their associates are entirely unprofessional, doing nothing over there just wasting our time. They were failed to update the price tag and they also put wrong code of some stuff to deceive me. Some of the associates are very rude they don’t even know how to behave with a customer. I highly recommend never ever shop again in this store. Such a pathetic experience I had. I don’t want to mention any associate name, however I appeal to the store management that you must hire good employees.

I will visit this walmart store more often to purchase house hold goods and essentials.You can definitely go for walmart online for less price after comparing the store goods price for furniture, electronic and accessories.You can buy most of groceries in this one store but some time things will get empty soon.Slthey won't Restock them on the rack until asked.I wont suggest to buy vegetables or fruits here if you have local fresh market nearby.I have seen walmart's coriander leaves , tomato and other vegetables last for a month but local market vegitables got spoil within a week or 2 week.So walmart vegitablr suppliers using some chemicals or technique to keep fresh which is not healthy.

The workers will do anything but help you find a product. It's super annoying. I went in the other day and this worker at customer service who was doing absolutely nothing had the nerve to be annoyed because they were asked to do their literal job.I also had a bad experience at the photo centre last year. This worker brought my picture out and was really weird about it. If I had known the workers had to access your pictures for you I definitely wouldn't have used their service.Other than that the store isn't as neat as others which is understandable because it's busy and Waterloo keeps getting more people. The problem though is that they don't add more cashiers/self checkout machines to adapt to that change which means that you might spend a long time in the line.

In this store, items are available to pick up. Still they denies many items and put it out of stock. Looks like employees get items for themselves instead of customers. I ordered online like 3 days ago. They should put my item by the side. Now, at the time of pick up, the item is unavailable. Nice management!

The store manager here is a white, middle-aged, 6 foot tall, slouching man who acts like a hick. He lacks proper communication skills when handling a complaint by multiple customers. Don't shop here as there are many other terrible reviews of this location.

Trollies of returns everywhere blocking shelves and isles.Open packages with missing items, ruined items on shelves.Baskets are all sticky.Empty shelves, not one area did I visit looked recently faced.Anyone working there is having a chat or on thier phone. The only area being filled or cleaned was by the Pepsi reps.

I bought a lipcolour made payment and when I was about to exit the beep beep alarm started and the security person stopped me and asked me whether i have bought any cosmetic so I showed him the item with the payment receipt. His attitude was so rude as if I have stolen something. This is not a tight way to stop a person who had already made the payment.

Looks like shoplifters are a major concern of this store that random checks by security staff of sales invoices at the exit door seem to be starting to increase in frequency. It begs the question, what is their profile of a typical shoplifter?The reason I'm asking is that a security staff asked me if I purchased something and when I said yes he asked me to show the invoice. When I asked him the reason for it he replied, "I'm just doing my duty, sir". Is it because I'm a POC?It really makes me wonder...

Not impressed at all !! Find another location. This location requires a quarter for a cart ? store felt very congested especially where the carts are.

I bought an item online and drove 30 mins to this store to pick up. Staff gave me a defective item, I asked them to exchange immediately on the spot. They didn't allow me to exchange but asked me to return the item and ordered online again. So I wasted 1 hour and went back empty handed. If this is Walmart policy, no wonder they can't compete with Amazon in online platform. I bet that Walmart can't never beat Amazon because they don't care about customer.

They have like 30 self checkouts to make things move faster but there is only ever 3 open! So you stand in a line for 40 mins every single time for no reason. Either open real tills again or open the check outs. Did you really get them to be counter productive?

Yesterday we had three employees ( one manager) make a fuss over applying an indigenous status card for over ten minutes while taking the card and leaving checkout area after we had already paid! Leaving us waiting with two very upset children ( 5 year old and infant) even longer than anticipation. As a result of the delay and stress it caused we ended up forgetting the main purchases in the parking lot!!! ( Two curtain rods) This was the final straw at this location, worst Walmart in KW by far. I'll never return

The product price labels is not same cashier scanning higher price and customer services wanted me pay cashier higher prices. I disagree it. This is very bad service
