Worst dealership I have ever been to!Have an appointment? Doesn’t matter, you’re gonna wait at least 45mins! Makes you feel like you don’t matter and neither does your money!Purchased a 2024 Passport, go to pick it up and be shown how to use all the bells and whistles. After being directed to the car in the lot, got in and was asked “okay, what do you want to know?” There were screws in the cup holder and coffee (I assume as it was brown and sticky) dripped all over the console. Didn’t look like it was even cleaned since the day I looked at it, just had more kms put on it. We then go inside to wait some more only to see people with bows on their new cars being shown the bells and whistles inside! I guess our money isn’t worth as much as theirs -_- Either do it for everyone or do it for no one! They’re happy to take your money and even more happy to make you feel like an afterthought!Overall this dealership clearly cares more about some customers than others, this was my first brand new car and have been treated better buying from a used car lot!There are plenty of other Hondas around, do not go to this one!

Waterloo Honda is a great place to get your car serviced. The employees are all professional and will always recommend and ask you with what type of services your car needs. I had a wonderful experience and got my car serviced 3rd time over here. Will always come here for my oil change

Excellent experience! Dealt with Jonathan and he was amazing when he couldn't reach me and was wonderful dealing with my Dad instead. Would go here all the time if I could afford to.

Bought a new vehicle in 2018, 1st service visit then was terrible. Returned in 2024 because of a Honda initiated recall letter, only to be talked down to in a condescending manner. When parts are available for recall work we will be calling a different dealership.

nobody knows how to erase the data of previous owner - now i have phones saved in my truck that they have no clue how to remove-absolutely terrible

Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Waterloo Honda. Greg is great to work with. It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going to Greg and Waterloo Honda if you're in the market for purchasing a vehicle.

We had an incredible experience here at Waterloo Honda buying a used car. Damir was very fast to respond to any messages and questions throughout the whole process. Any concerns we had with the vehicle were quickly taken care of. Kourtney and Kurt helped with all the finance and paperwork and made the whole process simple and stress free.
