I roamed all around the place for about 20 minutes and couldn't find it. Google maps shows it as if it's inside the ICON building. Good luck finding the store.

Google says it's open 24 hours/day. I showed up, but can't find it anywhere. If it exists, it's not a store you can just show up at. Perhaps a business operating out of someone's appartment, by appointment?
