I went there at 10am today morning and was in que , 3 in line
I specifically went only to upgrade my plan and device. I stood there expecting my turn to come soon. But I observed that they took couple of walking customers. . But when I asked them that I had a quick question, the one guy told me that he was waiting for the next customer in line. But he refused to answer my question even though he was idle. I recommend that the management should replace both reps. Totally offending and disrespectful service

I had a very disappointing experience at Costco Mobile (Waterloo location) this morning. I arrived at 8:50 a.m. and joined the virtual queue, selecting the "Return/Replace Device" service as I needed to replace a device I purchased the previous day. I was assigned number 3 in the queue and stood near the mobile kiosk, closely monitoring the virtual line.
When I became first in line, no one called my name or contacted my phone. Despite standing close to the kiosk and observing the process, I noticed that three other customers were served before me. When I approached the staff to inquire, they insisted they had called me, which was simply not true.
After waiting for an hour, I was finally served. I believe this delay was due to the fact that I was returning a device. Additionally, I was asked to pay $100 extra during the replacement process. After repeatedly raising the issue, they acknowledged it was a mistake and refunded me, but by then, I had already spent nearly three hours there.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect better service and accountability from Costco Mobile, especially regarding fair treatment of customers and attention to detail.

Saifel was so knowledgeable and so customer friendly! It was the first time we purchased a phone from Costco and Saifel walked us through the entire process with ease and comfort. He answered all of our million questions! We’re coming back every time we need to upgrade our phone!

Horrible customer service at the cell phone station in Waterloo,ON. I've been a Costco customer over 10years, however, I don't remember such negative experience like now. I came at 630pm at the store, and it was not a busy time. I came to the cell phone station at 630pm, and I was told to register with the special code. Then I was told that the customer service give me a call. I did a grocery and came back to the cell phone station. I asked one of them when I was supposed to get a call, and he said that there were 4 people ahead of me, however, the message that I received showed only 3. The time was 20:05. I asked whether I should continue to wait for the service because the store was supposed to close at 20:30. The guy said yes. Then he left somewhere. When he came back It was 20:20. Then he told me and another lady who was waiting for a long time that the manager of the store didn't allow to provide service anymore. I am supposed to come the third time again tomorrow and wait 4-5 hours to get their service and buy a cell phone there. I told them that I don't have time to come to the store every day and wait 4-5 hours. I asked the guy at the station whether they have a shortage of staffing,but he told me that I have to wait 4-5 hours if I want to get such great deal.
