Dakota was an absolute Dog! He asked about my needs then looked for a deal that worked best for me, he was kind enough to explain everything and make sure that I got all i could out of the deal. Then after the fact he made sure that if there was anything else i needed he'd be there.

One of the worst experiences ever in Canada.
Unprofessional, horrible customer services and untrained staff.
They stopped my phone number after transferring it to another carrer
Couldn't get it back, boght a phone number from Rogeres and Mobile Data Stopped working after 2 days
Any service take a long time with no chairs to sit except the mall's setting area.
The Supervisor is not helpful, most of the time he is not around.
Had to go back 3 times to them
For a simple service. They have no respect for your time.

One of the shitty place to get deal. Ahtesam was unprofessional. Manager needs to train him. I will never go back. I will advise others to be careful signing or making contracts with this place.
