The service was everything you could ask for in a towing company. The tow truck was earlier than expected. Talking with the driver, he was respectful, helpful and the one thing that stood out to me was his mannerism. Polite as could be. It definitely make my disastrous night turn around with some hope because of his professionalism and thoroughly explaining my options. I highly recommend Pro Towing to everyone out there. They made my experience easy relying on Pro Towing professionals. Thankyou

Great customer service, John that I talked to on the phone was very helpful, and reasonably priced, worked with me with what I could afford, or any options that would help me. I have made this my number 1 tow company, won't call anyone else.

You loaded my baby up with such amazing care to take it to be repaired...he even cleaned up the oil mess in my garage. The services I received were above and beyond! And a text from him letting me know the car was delivered safe and sound to the dealer. 10 stars!!

A friend in our wedding party got charged $748.00 to get towed from Watford highway off ramp to Warwick fire hall which is just under 7kms away and a 6 min drive from each other. How does that even add up? Heard so many bad reviews about this company and told them not to use them but they were already there before she could cancel. They are a rip off when we called two other tow trucks on from Sarnia and they gave us a flat rate of $250 verse $748.00. Her own fault for using you guys but $748.00 are you kidding me?Service: Car towing

I called these guys on Thanksgiving day to tow my truck from alvingston to Wyoming. Whoever I talked to said it would be $3.50/km plus a $90 hook up fee. I asked him doesn't he have a flat rate he can give me and he said no he would have to calculate it and then went on to say there's also a holiday fee because it was a holiday. He didn't tell me what the holiday fee was I'm sure because he was just going to charge whatever he wanted on the bill at the end but I calculated the hook up fee and km's and it would have been $250 before taxes and before the "holiday fee". My boyfriend ended up calling Scott's auto wreckers and they charged us a flat rate of $150 for the tow. No "holiday fee" nothing like that. Will never call this company again that's for sure

Absolute worst experience ever with this company.I called on Saturday to make a booking for a tow from Sarnia to Markham.It took approx 3 phone calls and 4 hours of back and forth to finally get her to take my infoIt was all booked for Sunday @ 8AM, she assured me its no problem the vehicle will be delivered.Sunday afternoon rolls around and I find out its not even picked up yetI call Pro star phone number easily 7 times and they screen my calls and don't even answer me but rather text saying their truck broke down.But they didin't even have the decency to call me or notify me I had to find out on my ownAnyone looking to use their serviceDo yourself a huge favourUSE SOMEBODY ELSE .Use Preferred *Organized , professional , timelynot these pro star jokesI am going to call CAA and make a huge complaint.I hope the owner sees this and decided to make it right !

This tow company does not give receipts for towes and if u want a receipt they will charge u almost double for your tow be careful with cash deals
