Well, I am so incredibly relieved to have found just that.
This place is incredible. They are honest and the prices are fair. They do the right thing and do not push you into getting unnecessary work done.
Most importantly, they respect your time. I made an appointment within a few days of calling, and my car was completed within a few hours of the appointment.

“Our vehicle broke down today around lunch time. We had it towed to 2 Cool Automotive as we’ve brought our vehicle in before and have always been pleased with the service.
We had fully expected that we wouldn’t have our car back until at least Monday, as we brought it in on a Friday afternoon.
Within a few hours, we had a call with the issue and were told that our vehicle would be ready for pick up shortly after- this was around 2:30pm only hours after bringing it in.
I highly recommend this place. The service has been excellent each time I’ve gone in for help, and they are always trying their best to have our vehicle ready as soon as possible.”
“I was at a local business on Niagara Street and discovered I had a screw in my tire and it was leaking air. I quickly got over to Active G+R parking lot and went in and spoke to the front desk technician. He was very helpful and friendly. I had never been to this business before so he collected the information on the car and then sent another tire technician out to look at the tire very quickly. Due to the location of the screw it was going to be a difficult plug to install. However they did take the car in while I waited and they brought my car back out 10 minutes later and it was all fixed up with a plug. I was thrilled to be back on the road so quickly. I really appreciate how wonderful the staff were at this business.”
