The Old lady is love. A bit straight cut speaker But she is super helpful. She helped me with the wrong address which I wrote over the envelope. I really appreciate her work dedication. God bless her♥️

I have been using this site post office for years and never had an issue. Sometimes they get very busy and you have to wait a bit for service but that is not their fault. Today I dropped off a return and there was no line at all. A lad named, Lucas took my parcel, gave me a receipt, and said have a great day. Perfect.

The attitude was so rude and arrogant, the receptionist with grizzled hair seems like being very experienced... of discrimination

What is with the old lady's attitude? She always looks irritated and never cracks a smile. She handles packages roughly and treats customers even worse. It's never a pleasant experience coming here and something needs to be done about her.

Came here to deliver a package one time and when I opened my phone to give the lady the address it was going to she just moved on to another customer as if I wasn't prepared.

The arrogance and attitude of the “Post Office Manager” Melissa is embarrassing.I went to this location to drop off two pre labeled outgoing boxes. The first package scanned the first attempt, but the second package did not. She huffed and puffed and aggressively smacked the label down and said “you can’t distort these labels or they don’t scan”.Of course right after she said that and scanned for the second attempt, it was fine.I was treated as though I was an inconvenience to her, because she had to scan one package twice.I can tell you that I ship 25+ packages via Canada post per week, and I usually use a different post office of town(was closed for network update today). I will not be returning to this location so I can be treated with attitude and arrogance. Thanks for such an unpleasant experience, Melissa.

I've read all the previous reviews. I know that any time it's been super busy which it often is, the service is affected. However, I can tell you that over the past ten years, I've been treated well - and the matters taken care of. I didn't give a perfect rating, because life isn't perfect and sometimes things just don't always go the perfect way you want them to be. For example, the postage charged for a small item that you want to send out of province. That, I can complain about. Remember you have to also consider your own attitude and responses - they reflect on the other person, and maybe, just maybe, you are getting a negative response because of that ! Be mindful of how you approach people.

Worst Canada Post office. I do not usually leave reviews, but enough is enough. Packages usually do not get delivered to my house, and almost always the mail man ‘forgets’ to at least put a slip in my mailbox so that I can go pick it up. On top off that, I understand that people have the right to strike, and I respect that. But my package has been sitting at your post office for over a week, without my knowledge. When the sender (government of Canada) after asking provides me with a trackingnumber I find out Canada Post is about to return my mail to the sender because I take too long to come collect it.Then when I finally get to the post office to collect my mail, the lady behind the counter tells me I have to wait 30-45 mins because her colleague is on brake and she took the keys to the mailroom.I will never use Canada Post again, and I will pay extra for shipping so that senders will use alternative mail companies to send me my packages. Enough is enough.

Back in 2016, I’ve met a Postal Worker there. She is so helpful, friendly and funny.I’ve enjoyed to talk to Her, it’s just like that feeling when you talk to somebody and you instantly feel good.

I came in to pick up my parcel as I was notified through the Canada post app. When I left the house I didn't bring my phone nor did I bring the slip, I brought my I.d because I figured that would be more than enough. When I got there the older women at the counter told me I couldn't pick it up with my i.d I needed to have my phone or the slip. So after saying is she really going to make me drive home, she replied yes. So I drive home and come back, what do I see when I come back? A sign that reads "gone for break be back at 7:15" it was 655 when I got there and she I left it was 645. So she didn't want to get me my parcel because she was going for her break, or even if I give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn't know she was going for break, she couldn't tell me that I shouldn't come back right away?? Worst service I've experienced in a long time and I don't recommend anybody go to this post office.
If anyone is wondering if I was rude, all I said to her was "is she really going to make me drive all the way home when my parcel is sitting right behind that door with my name on it?"
