I love how I can make $600-800 in a week but only use 500 because of your "policy" called to get my limit upped and I needed a credit report? Makes no sense to me. Why is you hold my pay check not everyone gets direct deposit. I don't have time to go in during the day I'm a roofer I don't work "government hours." This has to change I've been with you guys for years and with the same company for 2 years now. Y'all's know who I am why do you refuse to help

Unwilling to accept change to be exchanged by a customer affiliated with Simplii. Was able to pull up my account with my phone number than stated there was no number on file. She pulled up my account using my phone number. Asked for Ontario ID but would not accept Ontario issued health card which is the only photo ID I have. Dawna was rude and her actions had me send in a random person to do for me what she was not willing to. What a poor representation of CIBC she is.

Very rude teller. Despite me answering all her security questions and presenting ID (2 valid pieces) she DEMANDED that I not look at my phone when answering her questions. If you think my ID is fake, call the police, don’t pretend to be them! Closed all my accounts!

By far, the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Still awaiting the closure of my deceased father's TFSA. I've left numerous messages left unanswered by the lackadaisical staff here. I want to know what is going on. When someone is alive, it takes no more than 5 business days to close an account. How dare you disrespect my father's spirit by holding onto his money for your own benefit. That money was supposed to help me with college and to ensure my vehicle is serviced during that time. Shame on this bank and CIBC as a whole.

Slowest bank I have ever suffered through. DO NOT go here if you are tight on time/might be late. In addition to slow service the place is always brimming with elderly that can't remember where their bank card is.
