“I had Windows 10 and decided to move to Windows 11. My computer needed to enable TPM 2.0 to get Windows 11. Not only did he enable TPM 2.0 he made sure all my files saved for Windows 11. I explained generally what I was looking for, and Graham produced a pair that fit the bill precisely. I enjoyed listening to them and talking with Graham, as well as an excellent cup of coffee. “I went in there looking to by a new power switch to install myself. He didn't have what I was looking for, but showed me that it wasn't my power switch that was faulty, it was just the case holding it that had broken. So he took both side panels off my computer, rewired my power switch cable throughout my case so that it had more slack and then placed the switch just outside of my case where the original button had been. He spent about 20 minutes doing this and didn't charge me a dime. I will definitely use Millennium again!”
