Going to say how disappointed we are.Dropped off waited 4 weeks every time another week or so. FINALLY DONE BUT ERROR WAS FOUND NOW WE OWE. NOT EVEN WE ARE SORRY AT LEAST SAY. WE CAN REFUND YOU I TAX RETURN ..WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Bad experience with this business. Spoke with gary early in April 2025. Gave him my docs. He told me it will be done by end of April. No response to email or phone msg. Spoke up JP, their son 4 times. Each time with an excuse and promising the that my return was next. Pick up my docs today to take it to another tax service as Desy still not had them done. Worse business I have deal with. I had a simple personal return.

I have been a customer of Sandy's and Gary's for over ten years. I give very high praise for the work they have always done for me on my taxes. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be very sad when they retire but I am looking forward to a long relationship with thier son J.T. I have no doubt that if he has the same personality as his parents and knowledge. Which he has he will be my family's tax expects for years to come.
Thanks to all of you for the work you have done for me over the years. Enjoy your vacation time off.

If you need just a basic income tax return sure, however they are not up to date on complex issues. An error on their part found by the cra for the first return and am stuck paying from their filing. Returned to file an amendment in which they said it will be a few months for cra to process. So stuck paying monthly until cra gets the new notice and fixes their mistake.

This was the first year using Desy's. They were highly recommended by a friend, so I gave them a try. Gary, Sandy and JP were FANTASTIC! The best part is that they have FAIR PRICING! Great price and great service is hard to find in anything these days. In this office, you will find a mix of experience, and knowledge. Thank you and see you next year!
