  This place is making people go to self check out cuz the workers are lazy and don’t want to remove the tax when there isn’t supposed to be tax on every day essential needs , they know the self check out is taxing people to cuz it’s been said to many of the workers and managers VERY VERY POOR service worst place I’ve ever been to where you don’t get the option of going to the counter the morning person today is one of the workers I’ve told 3 times already would not say I’m going here anymore literally getting paid to stand around with their thumb up their but doing nothing

  Don't come to this store if you're in a rush. They'll have one cashier working with all the self check outs shut off, with a line of 20 people waiting as they take 15 minutes to cash out one customer. Brutal. Especially during the holiday season.

  I was at this location today and one of the employees was clearly very sick. How awful to expose other people to your illness. This employee should have been sent home.

  I was just in this store and they need to train their staff better. I had paid for my stuff and grabbed my receipt out of the machine and like a ninja the woman working there came up behind me and snatched my receipt out of my hand without saying a word. I asked her what she was doing and she said "this isn't yours". I was a bit shocked because I had just paid and it certainly was my receipt. I did get my receipt back from her but her behavior was very bazaar. Who snatches a receipt from someone's hand like that? Perhaps if she had been in the checkout area while customers are checking out she would have known what was going on! Maybe more training is needed because she certainly doesn't understand employee etiquette

  This place is a joke all self check are full employee stand at the cash she says it is closed over here well she talks to her coworker like give it up if you are going to cut labour at lest do not have a employee stand at a cash were people should be getting to pay for there merchandise . This already cut jobs at lest let the people that do not believe in them cash out when someone that is stand there.

  The store seems to not run the same way it used to. If there is a cashier present at the front of the store it’s pretty confusing to me that they can’t cash out people such as seniors and those disabled who are an able to use their machines. This is a new level of unintelligent Workplace measures. Having been an employee at this company it disappoints me to see that they’ve turned into the laziness. Customer service suffers at all locations I just visited this location and had a bad experience. All locations need to change or proven lost of sales will soon show itself.

  I frequently shop at this store and have for many years now with no major issues. However, today I witnessed the WORST customer service and attitude from an associate that I can only assume is the same one that all other negative reviews are about. A gentlemen ahead of me politely asked about the self checkouts being down and this associate glared at him, belittled him and extremely rudely said "The machines don't turn on until 10am!!!!" She continued treating the man with such disrespect that I put down my items and left the store.I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name but I'm sure the staff and managers know who this awful employee is already (morning shift on Tues April 30th, 2024, green pattern shirt with curly/frizzy hair).My career is in sales and customer service and would never tolerate that kind of treatment of any customer or staff member.I will never be shopping at this location again as long as this associate is employed and I hope that the older gentleman who took her abuse bounces back and has a great day because no one deserves what she did to him.
