If I could give 0 stars I would. Today, I wasn't impressed with their grocery service today. They made me wait a half an hour to receive my grocery order even though I called and checked in at the time I was scheduled to arrive. Didn't even apologize for their delay. They shouldn't have a grocery service if they can't get it done in time for their customers. Well they definately lost a customer today. I will never shop at this particular Food Basics ever again. TERRIBLE!

Has food, is basic. That's 100% delivery. Everything you'd expect from a grocery store without any extras. Clean and well stocked with friendly staff. Would recommend.

Whoever is handling the orders my icecream had slices on it which appears to be from a box cutter.. I don't know where that box cutters been but the icecream is good please be mindful and not careless while handling the company's inventory

Shoppers, pls make sure Bread price at this location as they say 2 for $6 but charge regular price at PoS. customer care guy was behave like this is normal without any apology and I asked him to correct for everyone and he says it happens only to few customers which i have doubt.

These are the cucumbers I got from this store because I didn’t pay much attention to their overall condition - mold on them and they already start to stink few hrs after the purchase… absolutely disgusting!! The quality of food in Canada is getting to the deepest lows of all time unfortunately, and companies/stores like these assume they can charge us these crazy prices for “groceries” like these but literally feed us trash

There are no small hand baskets to quickly get in and out they also don't have smaller carts only giant ones. this makes things VERY inconvenient. Bags for Chicken Should be Clearly labelled where to get them, as most people don't know they should be bagged. cherries for no reason are left open to spill all over the place. too many carts all over the place u cant get down the isles cause everyone has to have this giant cart, its pretty silly. staff is nice and friendly is the only things keeping this a 3 star review and not a 1 star review. place hand baskets throughout the store so people dont need carts.

A Great place to shop staff is always friendly and helpful. Best for there weekly deals. Not the greatest produce but better then most places.
