Went in the store the other day and got an Iphone 8 plus. The store was really clean and organized. I also really like the handsome man that sold me the phone I believe his name was Travis. I will definitely be bringing in my 5 daughters to get some new phones.

I left a message with the company after 9.30 am which is when they open. I havent had a call back and it is now 4.34 pm. I called 6 times and never got a live person. very poor follow up system. Now I am going to excercise finding a new provider. my phone bill is at least $150 to $200 month.

Showed up at this location at 8:25pm. Their hours say open til 9pm but was told by the employee that he was not processing any more orders. After having frustrating experiences with rogers this just topped it off. If you're open till 9pm then stay open till 9pm. It's okay to stay a little later. Its called going above and beyond.
