We wanted to thank the builders for our beautiful home. We have lived here for 18 months. We have had only 3 problems since we moved in. Each problem was addressed swiftly. Not a person enters our home without making comments about how beautiful it is. We always follow up with how good the quality of workmanship. Thanks to everyone at Lucchetta for a job well done.

Over the past 20+ years, we've invested and built with numerous builders and so far Lucchetta has been heads and shoulders above all others in customer-service, beautiful materials, build quality, and functional design. My wife and I have purchased several new homes over the years and I can honestly sate that the team from Lucchetta is the best we have ever worked with. The entire process from the purchase to the build and the follow up on a very short list of minor repairs that were handled immediately has been easy and stress free. After 2+ years of delays due to COVID, our plans to move from New York back to Canada were finally ready to move forward last year. Given the distances involved, work obligations, and the heated real estate market it was practically impossible to consider a pre-existing home so we decided to build. We decided on Lusso Urban Towns in St. Catharines and we are extremely happy with the outcome.This was our first newly built home and throughout we had a great experience working with Lucchetta. We were among the first sales of the Lusso development and at the time we literally based our decision on location, unsolicited comments from various furniture/appliance vendors, and a drive through other Luchetta build sites (Davis Heights, and Hunter’s Pointe) where it was clear that we would be dealing with a company who cared about quality, esthetics, and well-cared for properties.At the time, we essentially bought a hole in the ground (no model to view at the time) so there was definitely some anxiety given we were having to do many things long-distance via phone and email given limited opportunities to actually travel to meet with people. Nonetheless, we never felt rushed through any of the entire processRight from our initial interaction with Paul the sales rep who endured our endless questions through the actual build, design, and purchase process Luchetta made everything easy.Wendi, (Lucchetta's designer) was incredibly helpful and was instrumental in reducing our stress of having limited time to select finishes and building essentially on faith. She provided great guidance and suggestions with never any pressure. Gavin (Lucchetta's director of operations) was so patient with all our naïve questions and extremely responsive. No detail was too small to discuss and he provided great input on what to expect upon completion, how to care for our new home, and what to do if any issues arise. It was especially amazing to see the owners Rob and Ed often actually working on site alongside the other workers and never too busy to stop and greet you. No sitting in an office for them. Even after we moved in, the site supervisor Nate has been extremely helpful with answering questions, making minor adjustments as needed and keeping us informed of any developments we needed to know about.Luchetta’s team and their tradespeople work as a family. Everyone of them was pleasant and professional. All of them are proud of the work they do and it clearly shows from start to finish. They are not just building houses, they strive to build communities. Every single person in the organization was wonderful to work with and the quality of our build and attention to detail is commented on by everyone who has visited so far.Luchetta has a great team, a great product, and we can happily recommend them if you are looking for a new home!

We've been hostage to their builders building just behind our house. They are constant cursing, loud music and noise from 6:30am to 7pm, sometimes 8 or 9. I have health issues and brain, ear and eye issues impacted by their presence.They have been at it all year and the units look horrible. They're ugly and cash grab for what they are.I'm disappointed in their presence in my community and I'd missile the entire development if it were legal.

This was our first custom built home, and we had an outstanding experience working with Lucchetta Homes. Rob, Ed, and their incredible team were instrumental in helping us to create our dream home. The quality of the build far exceeded our expectations and the attention to detail can be seen in every element of our home. Any questions we had during the process were always answered right away and the consultation and support they provided to help with both the exterior and interior design was invaluable. Every single person in their organization was wonderful to work with and the quality of our build is commented on by everyone. We feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience and would recommend Lucchetta Homes to anyone looking for a new home build.

We have moved into our new home at Hunters Pointe and are absolutely delighted. The entire process from choosing the lot and looking at floor plans was made easy by the professional staff. The workmanship, the quality and the attention to detail in the construction is exemplary.

After working with multiple builders and attending many open houses, I can say with complete confidence that the quality Lucchetta produces is night and day from anything else I've seen. In fact, the final result was so good that it's going to be a struggle to find anything better.From the concrete foundation to the tile work, every step of the way is executed with care. Even the tubes in the furnace room are carefully aligned! The people are great to work with and they take real pride in their work. The flexibility is also unmatched when compared to other builders. They can build you a truly one-of-a-kind home without the pain of going custom.If you're looking for a solid home, you can't go wrong with Lucchetta.
