Spoke to Blair and brought my family car here for NAPA to take a look at. Sadly the work has left me with an ignition problem and I don't want to take it back because that's another cost to deal with.

Bad experience; technician I spoke to is just a “Parts” replacer. And lazy. Brought my vehicle for wheel alignment… he came back saying You need to replace all 4 tires. Now I’m speaking here an engineer Mr. Napa technician: FYI; All experts agree that the only effect worn tires have on your alignment is a change to the vehicle's ride height which, given today's steering and suspension design, should be negligible. You should find another job and soon and stop making yourself look ridiculous. It’s not written on the foreheads of your customers who are coming to your store about their knowledge and their background or educational background , food for-thoughts

Absolutely brilliant! My wife and I recently moved to Welland from Niagara and this auto shop gives every shop in Niagara a run for their money! Quick and quality work, 11/10 customer service, and an astoundingly beautiful and clean environment inside! This will be the only place I go to from now on. It really gives you a more faith in humanity to have unbelievabley kind, personable, and down to earth people who own and operate a business, and who are not just there for the money. You can tell from the second you walk in that for them it's all about the customer and making people happy. Thank you for fixing my wife's car, and thank you for being you. We will definitely see you again next time we need a repair!

They will honestly tell you when to get a repair; when NOT to get a repair and when your vehicle is at its end of life. They never do work you don't need.

10/10 service from this crew. Will not go anywhere else! Walked in on a Friday afternoon and they got me in immediately. A quick 2 minute drive with my car and he found the issue that 2 other shops missed. Fast, honest and reliable. They even messaged me a couple days later to follow up… how many shops do that?! I’m amazed to say the least. ???

Blair, Jamie, Oliver, and their team provide the level of care, service, and professionalism one would expect of a trusted family. Very cost effective and honest. No games. No worries for me and my family members when we take our vehicles there for any mechanical work through to oil changes. Definitely recommend.
