Staff was very helpful answering my questions during registration. Facilities are kept clean. Lane swims are plentiful. The sauna should be hotter. It was hotter in the past so maybe it was just an anomaly today.

I've only recently started going to the YMCA to get in better shape. I've never had any issues with the equipment or needing to wait to use anything.
My only complaint is that the gym area feels super super hot every time I'm there. It honestly doesn't feel like the AC is on high. There's 1 industrial fan that I've seen, so if you're able to face that towards yourself, it's not too bad.

I bring my daughter here for swimming classes Saturdays in the morning. I noticed the staff has gotten ruder and has no common manners. This goes for all the morning staff. I said hello to one girl who has blonde hair at reception and she just stared back no hello back with a weird smirk on her face and she just waited for me to ask the question. Weird and rude.

All the comments Make Sense here. Going to this place is really Hard too much toxic and they really have to tell employee the people coming from different color are also human.
Its a small commmunity within Welland , i really had to make this id. So they do not target my friend. I had better swimming places in GTA. This is really unsafe and uncalled behaviour from their young employee. They really need to educate their young employee Human Rights, Canadian Value and so on.
I dont want to target any employee He or She But they really need some Lesson from People to People Connections.

This is really unacceptable they dont teach their staff, how to treat disable, people of color.. may be their young staff untrained for not starring at people of color..very discriminated.. the way staff sit on desk that they have infinite power..talk very agressively and rudely.. and talk back right away to colleagues.
Also their young staff working in pool area stares like that why you guys arr coming for swimming ? Even asking is hard for hours ? They stare at ya.... really horrible feeling to be there..wish there are more swimming area in niagara region...

This place is full of the nastiest and most hateful employees, clients and customers more than anything, i was in Busiprone crisis in 2007-2012 and this place made it nastier. It is a good that my passport funding is used for Bell Canada Bills and Sensory items only. Good riddance YMCA Welland.

I don’t understand , why should the swimming pool have to be reserved for the birthday, what about the other kids, it is not fair. We had to wait 1 hour today to swim, and they didn’t tell us it is reserved when I purchased the ticket.

Excellent facilities for the whole family with plenty of free parking and excellent and friendly staff. It's always fun to stay at the YMCA.
