THIS is what sausage is supposed to taste like! We finally got to try it and are absolutely blown away. They don’t shrivel up like most store bought, so you know it’s not full of fillers. Very large links and pretty reasonably priced. This will be my new go to place for meat.

My wife and l drove from Burlington to pick up some Sopressata. Valerio provided the utmost customer service as this was our first time there. The quality of the Sopressata was 12/10..,Fantastic, better than l expected.. we will continue to buy products as l cannot find quality like this anywhere else.Thank you Valerio

I went for my 1st time today, because of the holiday there was no meat on the shelves upon calling, found out that the store is only open Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday I look forward to checking it out again. This should be posted on the website.

Great meat, so fresh. The staff are so kind and helpful also. I love these guys, but I’ll never tell anyone because i want to keep the lines short. LOL. They are definitely Niagara’s best kept secret!
