The new owners are no longer honoring the previous stamp system. I had multiple free in and out cards and they fought with me about it. Unfortunately this is the only car wash in Welland now. I advocated for them to honour the free wash as I have been coming here for years. With a lot of back and forth, they agreed.

First time using this car wash since renovated. NOT IMPRESSED with the set up. After waiting to get tge car washed, one must go back through the line up into another line to get car detailed. Waited another 35 minutes to get the interior detailed. On the way home driving into the sun, I realized I would have to redo the window and mirrors again at home. $7 more after renos and not the same quality. May not go back.

Place is completely changed what used to be a great price and great service is now $50 plus tax $35 doesn’t even include tire shine I will not return

nd paid $34 for a complete wash. Should have inspected before leaving property. When I got to my residence I realized it was the worst car wash ever . Still dirt on outside. Inside was not properly wiped down and worst vacuum job I had ever seen. Called advertised number to express my concern and lady hung up on me. My first and last time there

Sho2 up with 1500 pick up truck, bought 3 weeks ago so it jus a regular in and out wash. I ask how much . The guy at the end of the road open driver door and back door , he said 45 plus tax I said no thanks then he ask me how much I want to paid. Sorry people but this is not fare, depending on the customer face is the price. I will never go back.

The new car wash is great but for the 50 dollars I spent well I ended up having to vacuum my car out when I got home they didn’t even do that back of the car. Save your money and time not worth 50 bucks.
