Our Mini Cooper wouldn’t start and so we had it towed to Rick’s and they found the problem was the battery. They had it repaired the same day. Thanks so much for the super service

I’ve been dealing with RICK’S SERVICE CENTRE since 2007. About time I left a review. I have found that Rick and his staff are honest hard-working and customer focused. There has never been an occasion when I’ve had a breakdown when they couldn’t fit me in knowing full well my vehicle played a great part in my livelihood, and needed to be repaired quickly and always be safe for highway driving. As a woman, I appreciate the fact that any, and all of my concerns were listened to and acknowledged. As well, the Staff will take the time to answer any questions I have about repairs and vehicles in general since That is not my area of expertise, it is theirs. Explanations in plain English that makes sense to me and Does not leave me feeling lost. Pricing is fair, accommodating clients is outstanding, service excellent. If I could give a 10 rating I would. Have referred family and friends and no complaints at all. Janet

Brought my wife’s car for safety. Said it needed rear brakes. Brought the vehicle to the dealership cause the car was still under warranty. Dealership said rear brakes were fine but did them anyways. Brought the vehicle back to Rick’s with receipt to say the work was done and get copy of safety. Told me it had to go back in the shop to verify work for another $70.
First and last time here!

I'm fairly new to Rick's Service. It's probably about a 1.5 years. He was recommended by someone who uses his services. They do what you ask, in a timely manner and let you know ahead of time the cost. If there is a problem afterwards it also is taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend highly Rick's Service.

Nickel and dime, convinced me to have them turn my rotors, couple hundred miles later rotors were shot, they took no responsibility, yelled at me on the phone.... i ended up redoing the entire brake job elsewhere... this was in 2014 and from reading the reviews Rick is still up to the same shenanigans... I've stayed well away and warned others. A mechanic is worthless if he doesn't stand behind his work.
