The Indian guy over there is so stupid does not know how to do his job, I have dealt with him more than 5 times every time he makes a mistake now I have to pay a $ 1 every time ehe I have to transfer my money between the accounts. He is so dumb that he mixed my accounts this time have me personal debit card for business, I don’t know why he is at the teller desk if he doesn’t know his job branch manager was polite and tried to cover it but still that’s ridiculous now I have to go again to deal with the nonsense he created in my account. Some times I feel he does this intentionally I don’t know why such a fool is dealing with serious banking issues, who doesn’t know how to properly issue debt card please make sure and deal with him care fully

I can confidently say that this Scotia Bank Branch stands as the best bank I have encountered thus far.Megan, the Branch Manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and surpass my expectations. Megan displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, understanding, and dedication towards meeting my banking needs.What truly impressed me was Megan helped me allocate time to repay my CEBA loan, despite having only two days remaining. Her willingness to assist and prioritize my needs demonstrated her commitment to providing exceptional customer service. I am confident that the continued excellence of this branch can be attributed to the kindness and dedication of its employees, just like Megan.Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude towards Salim, who introduced me to Megan. We met with Carl Slee Financial Advisor regarding My Mother In Laws Investments. Carl was attentive and clearly listened to her wishes. Solid Financial Advice. Clearly Summarized what he had done at the end and we left with a Great Customer Experience. Would highly recommend Carl for your Financial Planning Needs.

I was here for the first time, very welcoming and great experience.Carl was absolutely professional and great. They completed my credit card application just in 20 minutes that I booked 4 appointments on niagara street Branch and still was in loop.I would appreciate they respected my time.

Most bad experience i can ever have at any place in my life. All the employees working there are just sitting there to be free and get paid fir doing nothing. If any one cime there regarding their account problem they does not even listen you properly and told you that they are not able to know what us problem. They just do these things so they donot need to do any work and noone distrub them . They can sit free fir whole day and hsve a gossips. Just one female employee is good there but manager is so rude even when that employee was trying to help ne manager not let her to do my work. Never seen someone with this kind if behaviour on such bug position

This Scotia Bank branch is the pitts! I went there today to get a new banking card and it's closed on a Friday - this isn't the first time this has happened at this branch either. There was no note of apology or explaination either

Probably one of the worst banking experiences in my life. I've had an issue arrise around the middle of July so I went to this branch which is my home branch and I talk to one of the tellers, she brings up my info and then says she'll be right back and come back with the Customer Experience Lead because the manager is not in. She couldn't tell me what was going on and asked if I owed the government money so I was a little confused . So I call and leave a voicemail with who I thought was the branch manager. She was the old one and is now in St. Catharines as the branch manager. So she gives me the extension for the woman I spoke to at the bank and gave her a heads up that I would be calling. So it was o e big circle j*** to still have to talk to me and tell me what was going on.

starting to get upset with this bank. I have been with this branch for years and have been able to enter the building to get cash at any point. But all of a sudden they close the atm machines at 3pm. I am getting annoyed and almost ready to switch to the niagara street location. You guys need to fix that. I get homeless people go there, but make a key slot that works like other banks have.

I am so tired of trying to get in to use the machines and the bank doors are locked.I have to go all the way across town and it's becoming a hassle.At least install a card reader so everyone can access the machines if you're trying to keep homeless people out.
