Turned a very stressful situation into a very lovely experience.
Did my research before I walked onto the lot, so I knew what I wanted to look at.
Trevor was fantastic explaining the vehicle to us, and arranging a test drive.
Rosanne was amazing working to get us a fantastic rate for our finance.
They walked us through every step, and communicated constantly, which I appreciated.
Had me in my new to me car in under a week.
So far the car is fantastic, (I am not expecting any problems, but know it is previously loved, and 7 years old)

Thank you so much to Trevor and Rosanne for helping me trade in my car for a better one. I was stressed because I had a few things wrong with my car that I was unable to repair and so Rosanne did everything in her power to get me into an affordable, newer car that is reliable and under warranty.
When I drove home the day of pick up, I noticed that there was something needing to be looked at. Trevor was very quick to help and get this looked at. Everything has since been fixed and I'm a very happy customer.
Thank you so much Trevor and Rosanne, I'm so incredibly grateful for both of you. You did an amazing job, and I just can't thank you enough. I will absolutely be coming back here when it's time for another trade in.

My personal review:
1. Engine lights came on 2 hrs after I bought the car
2. Made a complaint, they fixed it temporarily, and came back again
3. 1 week power steering stopped working ( back and forth 15 to 20 days) fixed with other issues, exhaust ( temporarily fixed), rotors, and all other stuff.
4. I would have been better buying the car from the Facebook marketplace and getting it checked by mechanic
5. Lesson learned don't trust dealers take the car to your own mechanic.
6. I personally would never step foot in the shop again and deal with them.
7. The engine was washed and cleaned from the bottom. After driving it to another mechanic, I found a leak .
8. CAR PASSED MTO SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, lol. I should have driven it to my mechanic to get it checked before I bought it from them.

I recently had an issue with my vehicle shortly after purchasing it, and while that situation could have been a major headache, Trevor at Shadow Auto in Welland truly stepped up and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I reported the problem, Trevor took ownership of the situation, worked tirelessly behind the scenes with Andriy to get everything resolved quickly.
Their professionalism and commitment to customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.
When my vehicle was ready for pick-up, my schedule made it difficult to come during regular hours. Without hesitation, Trevor went above and beyond by meeting me at the dealership outside of normal business hours just to accommodate my schedule.
This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. It shows how much they care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to make the experience as convenient as possible. I can’t thank Trevor enough for his flexibility and dedication.

My wife and I got there by mistake. GPS took us to the wrong location. That was the best mistake our GPS ever made.
We got greeted with the smile and delicious coffee all throughout our negotiation and eventually purchasing the Prius. People are fantastic starting with Andrei (to whom I apologize for constantly calling him Andrew) Rosanne, Trevor and super kind lady at reception.

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi RVR from Shadow Auto and what an incredible service. The staff was professional, polite and offered great customer interaction. Trevor was clear and concise about the vehicle's condition and performance. While Rosanne made the processing quick and easy. What a refreshing experience it was to have a genuine interaction with a sales team!

Recently bought a vehicle from Trevor at Shadow Auto after 2 months of searching for a vehicle. Within a day of meeting Trevor helped me get what I was looking for. Also Puneet the finance manager super transparent which rare at dealerships. Would shop here again.
