Arrived just after store had closed but they still opened doors to take my prepaid parcel. It was in the system the following business day. I appreciated the courtesy. I have mailed several prepaid parcels there with no issues or delays.

I go here often and find the staff friendly and helpful. I ship a lot and have some unique requests and they always seem to be willing to help with ideas.

Paid $2.25 for a 4" strip of tape to seal the box. Just seems a bit excessive.
Then got a review reply that I also was being taxed for the 5 seconds of customer service - it was not complimentary at this location.
